We had another company come out as our AC had stopped working and I noticed the blower fan was not starting. They came out, said yep it’s the fan and quoted me way too much. I had Blue Ox come out for a free second estimate. Charles, who was amazing, said since I am here I can check the whole thing over for you. He went over the 23 year old furnace with me and showed me what was wrong. We needed it serviced anyway for the sale of our home. Once we found out we just needed a new furnace Blue Ox was very understanding of our situation. We met with AJ who gave us a great deal on a new furnace especially compared to other quotes. I would highly recommend Blue Ox and will be using them again if I need anything. The furnace was installed in one day and works great!

Jared is an outstanding Service Technician.  He has very strong communication/customer service skills.  We had just purchased our home and wanted to have the heating system inspected prior to the start of winter (which he remarked upon arrival). This told me Jared showed up knowing his customer and was further demonstrated by spending the first thirty minutes answering my questions about the various pieces of equipment in the mechanical room.  Once the work was completed, he explained what he did and what he found; showing me pictures of what he was talking about.  He also took the time to explain how to operate our in-floor heating.  He is very knowledgeable. Overall 5+ experience.

I needed to have my furnace replaced quickly and Blue Ox was able to have it done the next day. The advisor Mike came within couple of hours of notice and explained about the options and gave me a quote. He also gave me enough time to get other quotes instead of rushing me to accept the quote. The technician Maddox was very professional and patiently answered all the questions I had for him, all while working the whole day to replace the furnace.

Good experience as I welcomed a Technician to understand why the heat was not working. It was a very professional rep that serviced and assessed my issue quickly. He was able to get the part and install in very quick time. Blue OX provides a reasonable price and a great value with a 2 year warranty on the part. Thank you fir fixing my heating issue.

AJ was absolutely awesome and came out on a Friday night to give us a quote for a new furnace. He walked us through everything in our furnace room and made things very easy to understand. When explaining the different types of furnaces ordered, he explained them clearly. All employees have been very kind and personable.
