Midland Heating & Cooling

Just had a great annual tune-up of my boiler with Michael from Midland. I had a few questions about the boiler (it's new and somewhat different than the old one) and Michael showed me all the pertinent things I should know. He also had helpful advise when I brought up an unrelated issue with my hot water heater. I now have an appointment to have that matter addressed. I really appreciate Midland's great service and the expertise of all of the technicians. Special thanks to Michael!

Todd and the crew from Midland were extremely responsive to our large project that initially did not include them. When we realized the scope, Todd communicated with us and the rest of the production team going out of his way to accommodate schedules. Midland is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Exceptional service Jake examined our old cooling system and determined we needed a replacement capacitor. We decided to save money and replace it ourselves and he kindly walked us through that process.

We called and asked for help fixing our air conditioner that stopped working. The scheduling staff was very friendly and the technician was courteous and on time. They have even held our check until we got paid but the price is why I only gave 2 stars. It was over 200$ to change a fuse. The technician wasn't here a half hour. I would not call midland for help again because they are to expensive. But if you have an emergency they are very efficient and effective.
