I recently had Garber heating and air conditioning install a new heat pump and furnace at my Home in Chillicothe Illinois and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience . Shawn and Crue handled The installation and they were outstanding from start to finish They arrived on time were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly kept the work area, clean and made sure the entire system was running perfectly before they left. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really showed. It’s rare these days to find a team that combines great workmanship with great customer service, but Shawn and Crue Delivered both I am very happy with my new system and highly recommend Garber heating and air-conditioning

We needed a fall maintenance on our furnace and air conditioning system as it was at least 20 years old. A friend had recommended Garber Heating and Air Conditioning. Our entire experience with this company was great from the first contact with Amanda and continuing with Corey, the maintenance man and Terry, explaining our options as we needed to replace our old system, and the two service technicians who removed our old system and installed the new system in a day. Once again Garber Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job. The technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable using my new equipment. They cleaned up after themselves and left no messes. Earlier this year we were struck with what most homeowners would considered a nightmare, The furnace had stopped working during winter leaving the house cold. It was truly a disaster in the beginning dealing with a different local company trying to push a load of products & services onto us. I had decided it was best to contact Garber for a separate estimate. It was truly a blessing to have found them, not only were they fast & efficient on schedule a in-person consultation but they had the estimates ready with multiple options in an array of price ranges. We have a weird work schedule & the representative worked with us during the whole process to make it painless. I would 100% recommend Garber to any friends or family members, they left us speechless with the qualify of craftsmanship & customer service. They were able to keep us nice & comfortable in lovely old home.

Terry and Amanda + the Garber techs were great to work with! Terry got us an estimate the evening of (as he said he would) and we had all of the major components of our system replaced a week later. We purchase a split system for our 120 year old farmhouse after using window units for years. The folks at Garber were easy to work with from quotes through installation. The units work even better than we had anticipated. Highly recommend.

The technicians did a great job on our geothermal system replacement. They were prompt and very patient in answering all of my questions. They significantly cleaned up water/electrical line routes by thoughtfully relocating them when they installed the new unit. This freed up space in my utility room! They took time to work with me on programming my thermostat and setting up my phone app. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves including vacuming and mopping all impacted areas. The crew arrived at 7:30 am and did not leave until the job was complete at 7:30 pm. Many contractors would have left at the end of their normal work day and come back the next day to complete the work. Not Garber. I appreciate that the technicians spent time away from their families to complete the work. Terry Eaton also did a fantastic job on the front end assisting me in making system selections and answering all of my questions prior to making a decsion to go with Garber. I highly recommend Garber Heating and Air Conditioning.
