Under no circumstance do not use these people. They will not service you after the installation is done. Just found out that they installed our 10 ton unit incorrectly back in time, because of that it is leaking freon. How found out? Well we called them to service the unit and they are no show. Clearly, we had to hire another AC/Heat company they are the one find out the problem. They said that we have no choice but keep it the way how it is and keep replenishing the freon in the unit otherwise it will cost you big money to repair the way how it supposed to be done. It cost us 4 lbs freon and labor currently.

I would like to share my experience with this company, as it has been quite challenging. After moving in the residence, we encountered issues with our heating system during the summer, and my landlord selected this company for assistance. The HVAC unit was not cooling effectively, and at one point, the thermostat registered a temperature of 93 degrees, highlighting the severity of the problem. The company sent technicians to our residence ten times between July and September. During the initial visit, they indicated that there was a nest in the unit and ordered parts for repairs; however, we continued to experience the same issue. By the sixth or seventh visit, a technician inadvertently caused a leak, resulting in orange liquid dripping into a light fixture and tripping the breaker. Consequently, we had no lighting on our second floor for a month. When we reached out for assistance regarding the leak, they suggested contacting a plumber, who informed us that the leak stemmed from the HVAC unit. Eventually, the company returned to address the leak. On our second-to-last visit, we requested a manager, but the employee advised the manager not to come. Our landlord insisted on another review, which resulted in a manager visiting during the final appointment, assuring us that the unit was repaired. Throughout this process, we discovered that the company originally installed the units in our area, and it seems that other residents in our area were experiencing HVAC issues also. Additionally, this property was a new build with no previous tenants. Unfortunately, we encountered poor communication towards the latter half of the visits, with significant delays in responses and the need to follow up multiple times for them to return. Come December, we realized that the unit was still not functioning properly, and we experienced heating issues as winter set in. Fortunately, another company was able to identify the issue within 20 minutes of the first visit and resolve the issue by the second, which took under a week.

Sadly, Sang and Sons has fallen apart. They installed two units in 2021 for us. One unit was installed incorrectly but they quickly came out and corrected it. All was well for the first year, then they seemingly vanished. Now, every time we need service, there is no response. We will be moving to another company and hate to say, we cannot recommend this company. Look at most recent reviews and how this company has gone downhill in the recent past before choosing them.

These guys installed units on every building in my neighborhood, and they have been nothing but problems from day 1. Dozens of my neighbors, as well as myself, have had these HVAC units fail. Some have even had to have the whole system replaced. This is the second year in a row that my HVAC unit has busted and my house is only 2 1/2 years old. When they ordered the part that was under warranty, they wanted $1500 to replace it. We obviously had to agree, so we scheduled an appointment. 4 days later, on the day of the appointment, they canceled saying they gave the part to someone else and had to reorder (this is in the middle of winter, so we had no heat). When confronted about the issue, management didn’t even have the decency to speak with us, and instead had their front desk woman be the ones to tell us they’re no longer working with us. These guys are so unprofessional and their work reflects that. There are so many other reputable HVAC companies in nashville, and this is not one.

Do not ever use this company. They installed all the HVACs in our new community, and every single person I know here has had to fork out thousands in repairs because of the shotty work they did. None of the systems are installed properly, and they fail all the time. Ours has failed several times already, and Sang & Sons will not stand by their work.

I called them multiple times to get a service contract. Understand I am trying to give them money they absolutely refused to call me back. This was over a month’s time. One would wonder why I kept calling, long story Just don’t waste your time like I did.’
