Plumber Recommendation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Whenever we have a plumbing or heating issue, Aloi plumbing comes through. We’ve been using Bobby for 30 years and now Vincent and Anthony along with Bobby to continue the fine service that Bobby started. What a great crew. They have been there for everything we needed, from small leaks to major repairs and renovations. They just installed a new boiler in our house. They really are craftsman and quite reasonable. If you have plumbing or heating needs, I recommend Aloi Plumbing very highly. No other plumber has ever worked in this house.

Bobby Aloi Plumbing and Heating was amazing to work with. We had a pipe burst along with a slow leak and they showed up extremely fast! They were VERY professional and knew exactly the path to take to find what was needed to be fixed. We worked closely with Anthony, he is beyond professional and willing to go above and beyond which made us feel VERY at ease. They truly make you feel like you are apart of their family!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this plumber has been unacceptable. They replaced my water tank in November 2022 and promised to remove the old one and almost three years later, it is still sitting in my basement despite multiple follow-ups and reminders. I even brought them back for additional work (unclogging my kitchen sink and replacing the garbage disposal). Not only was I overcharged compared to market rates, but the disposal job was poorly done and began malfunctioning in less than a year. They present themselves as a friendly, family-owned business, but their actions tell a different story. They do not honor their word, they ignore customer follow-ups, and their workmanship does not hold up. This type of unethical business practice should not be tolerated. I strongly do not recommend them.

Contacted them about replacing some faucet cartridges. After 3 weeks on no shows and having to get different parts they replace and I pay them $500. Then I get told I’ll come back and do the sprayer handle, he didn’t have the part. I go up to my bathroom and a part is sitting there completely damaged from removal. Been texting for 3 weeks and I have been ghosted with no replies after he took my money. Stay away.
