Chris done a great job fixing our heat and we had another issue to arise and he came out and fixed it also. Chris does a great job and is so nice and he goes out of his way to help you with the problem. Chris is great at his job and knows what he is doing. Highly recommend him.

I recently experienced the very worst possible defect with my oil-fired boiler heating system: Intermittent electrical problem. Say those three words to many repair technicians, and they'll instantly have a full schedule, and a waiting list of 25 years. Either that, or they'll take down your information and promise to call you back...and you'll die of old age before they ever do... But not Chris at Table Rock Heating and Air. He came out, on time, with his electrical meter in hand, and started the process of diagnosing the patient. As anyone who has ever had one of these problems will attest, everything was functioning perfectly when Chris arrived. The furnace was doing everything it could to convince him that it was fine, no problem here, officer. Go away, now! But Chris was persistent, and finally, after nearly two hours, the furnace could hide its flaws no longer, and he began reading fluctuations and mysterious voltage drops. He nailed down the problem to the aqua-stat, and then to just two wires. He switched them to a spare set of connectors, suspecting a weak solder joint or a cracked PC board, and the furnace roared to life. It has functioned flawlessly ever since. Thank you, Chris. You did an amazing job and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend Table Rock Heating and Air to anyone, anytime.

Burke county is fortunate to have businesses such as Table Rock Heating & Air in the area. Chris showed excellent customer service throughout our new HVAC install process. From the first day of the FREE estimate (where he took extra time to explain the functioning of a totally separate boiler system at no charge), to the correspondence about pricing and what was needed, to the early and quick install, to the consistent updating of the crew's progress, Table Rock was top notch. Kevin and JT did a great job with the install, but, just as important, were courteous and professional in every interaction. Thanks again guys for your service. After getting a shining recommendation from my parents, I called Table Rock to get my heat pump repaired and serviced. Chris was able to come out quickly and did an amazing job diagnosing the problem and fixing my system in a heartbeat!! After paying a VERY reasonable fee, I will definitely be using their services in the future!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
