Highly recommend! I called late in the day on a Thursday and they came out first thing the next morning. The technician was very thoughtful and took the time to carefully diagnose and repair. He explained things well and took photos for me. I will be signing up for their regular maintenance plan to keep our unit in top shape. Thanks for the great service!

Truly best customer service and affordable prices. My mother's house had an issue with the AC where we couldn't figure out why it wouldn't start. I reached out to Chill Factor Cooling & heating and they were able to send someone out right away to asses the issue. There was an issue with the wiring but they were able to fix it the same day. My mom called me right after Alex and his team left to tell me how happy she was with the work and how respectful and nice the workers were, to which they reminded her of family. Definitely recommend this company 100% for those who need it!

I’ve waited a week to review, because I believe in honest reviews! My air has never worked better, I’ve lived here 17 yrs and never have I ever been cold in my home during summer until now. (Thermostat set 71 now 73-74). I literally feel the air flowing in every room! Chill Factor did an amazing job, their staff is super friendly and kept everything very clean. Alex explained everything that was going on with my old unit and even the process to install the new unit and what the cost was upfront.
