Northshore HVAC/R Services

This was my first time using Northshore HVAC. I have had very bad experiences in the past until now. Lewis was recommended by my daughter. He scheduled me immediately when I told him my condenser was making a loud noise. He was here when he said he would be, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My unit is very old and he prepared me that I may not have many more years of use. If I called anyone else I have used in the past, they would have said I needed it replaced. Lewis didn’t do that. His prices are extremely reasonable and I will be using him from now on. Lewis is very personable, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I HIGHLY recommend that you make Northshore HVAC your first call. You will not be disappointed. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Excellent service, friendly tech, Louis is a cool dude, so is his assistant John. I thought my 40 yr old condenser was dead and he resuscitated it and had it humming in about an hour. I will definitely do business with him again!

Lewis was very responsive and straightforward when we inquired about a HVAC maintenance service. I also appreciate him update me on his arrival time when there's delay. A lot of time, contractors just leave you hanging. Lewis is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled at his craft. He's thorough in performing the checkup of the unit and took the time to explain what he has done. When he discovered issues, he's very patient in explaining the findings and made appropriate recommendations. I really feel we are in good hand and trust Lewis's professional opinion and service! We also hire him to install a new thermostat for us.

Lewis came right out and examined our air conditioning unit…he figured out the problem and explained it to me and the options of fixing it…he fixed it in under an hour, he is very professional and very well mannered, I would recommend him to all my friends and will definitely call him back in the future if needed, thanks Lewis
