Eric, Angel and Sage were outstanding. They did fantastic work removing all the old cast iron and fixing a sewer drainage issue. Left the place spotless when they left!

Erik, from Mike Diamond Plumbing was all I could ask for in diagnosing and fixing a major plumbing leak. He communicated options every step of the way and was even available after completion of the project for any questions and concerns along the way. I highly recommend Mike Diamond and I am very grateful to Erik and his outstanding staff.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. It took 4 hours but my plumbing issues were solved. I was worried that I would not be able to use my bathroom due to the blockage from roots. Erik was professional and friendly. A 2nd person came out to assist as they had to go up on the roof. Thank you Sage for your assistance. Brian Hansen with Mike Diamond is a great man to work with; he provides excellent service, is knowledgeable (30+ yrs) and is honest. He does a good job explaining both the diagnosis, any options, and why he recommends certain things over something else. A pleasure to work with. This is the second time Brian has been out to our home, and while I don't want to need his services again, I won't hesitate to ask for him and Mike Diamond.

Brian arrived quickly to our place to help us with a leaky kitchen drain pipe. He assessed the problem instantly and thoroughly explained the situation and our options. He patiently and expertly answered all of our questions and not only helped us make the right decision for our immediate need but helped educate us on another future issue with our dishwasher. We greatly appreciate his time and hard work and willingness to talk with us about the dishwasher. Very satisfied customers with Mike Diamond in general and Brian specifically. Will call on them again when the time comes!

I've used Mike Diamond on many occasions throughout the years. They stick to their mantra of clearing the blockage or no charge. Oddly enough, I've had Erik the last two times I've called and he works at it until he's satisfied that the blockage is cleared. I highly recommend the MD team. I needed to use Mike Diamond again for a blocked sink in my bathroom, I called Erik again and thought it would be the same price. He however quoted me $399 which I thought was excessive. I tried to negotiate but he flatly refused to do the job, saying his supervisor had advised him to just walk away and that's what he did, just walk away leaving me with the problem. Luckily I was able to get someone else that had helped in the past, who did the job for $100. I thought it was awful customer service to just leave me with the problem and refuse to do anything. The guy that I got solved the problem easily and quickly. There obviously wasn't enough money in it for him. I will never use Mike Diamonds services again.
