Kirby Heat and Air have been incredible. They are fair, prompt, professional, and extremely kind. They are who we call for all our HVAC for our home and church. A special thank you to Brian Kirby for being the best technician we have ever worked with!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone . Extremely rude... They hang up in your face and invalidate your contract by saying you owe a bill that's covered in your contract... Already reported to BBB... Don't provide 24/7 service.. Their customer service was awful—long wait times and uninterested reps. The rep continuously hangs up in your face I highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost.

I’m not sure how this business is able to operate with such poor service. They don’t book appointments, only we will put you on the list. It will be day 3 and each call checking on status was we have you on the list and will get to you when we can. Another call to check status was a Woman who was very rude and said I already told you we would be out when we can and hung up ! It’s unreal with all of the other competitors out that they are bold enough to be so uncaring about providing service. Going to get other bids from other companies and present to property management. I guarantee I can find a company that cares more than these people.

My husband and I recently used Kirby Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. to fix our old AC unit that was not blowing cool air. They were able to come out the same day that I called and do a diagnostic, and even left a small machine behind to allow us to have cool air until the furnace could be replaced (thank you Joe!). They quickly found us the most affordable, reasonable replacement option for our family, and I felt like they treated us like they would family. The office personnel were so kind, and the repairmen who came to our house were respectful and quick to get the job done. They were able to get us a new inside unit within a week! I will absolutely be using this company again for all AC related service issues. I didn't feel like they were trying to make money off of us, or pitch us some expensive fix just to make a few bucks. They took care of my family!
