Joey & Will were the installers for the new heat & air system to be installed in my 15 yr old home. They were fantastic! Polite, friendly, professional & when it was discovered they had the incorrect unit on their truck, they did everything possible to make it right. I did get the unit I was promised & it was all done with a smile. I highly recommend Sanders Plumbing, Heat & Air. Riley is the tech that services my HVAC equipment bi-annually. He is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems & recommended the unit I purchased. He also was polite, friendly & professional.

This is the second time we have used Sanders and Rick was our technician both times (we requested him the second time after his exceptional service the first visit). I can’t recommend Sanders highly enough. Fast and efficient. Great customer service. Fair prices. Easy to get an appointment. One of the few plumbing companies in Central Arkansas that provides emergency service after hours everyday including weekends. While I hope to not NEED them many times in the future, they will be my first call when the time comes.

Sanders is the best! We had a nightmare water leak/line issue, and they got it fixed for us! Christy, Cody, Matt, Stephen, Ryan, Hank and Travis were so helpful, kind and professional. It is like a breath of fresh air to see a company actually value their customers, and give exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

Joey and the rest of the bunch was super great ! They showed up on schedule and done a terrific job. You don't see that to much these days. We had a complete AC,heater and hot water tank done. We have had a checkup maintenance contract with them before. We are 100 per cent happy customers. Thanks again for taking good care of us..Becky and Danny DeClerk

I'd give Sanders Plumbing 10 out of 10 stars. I like to do most of my own home maintenance but I had two OLD toilet cutoff valves and supply lines go bad that needed to be replaced before I could replace tank fill valves and flappers. I was able to schedule repair that afternoon. Sanders sent a picture and brief bio of the Tech that would come. As an older person I really appreciate that as it gives confidence and what to expect. Dillon was very pleasant and did the job fast replacing the old valves with quarter-turn off/on valves and new flex supply lines. I thought the cost was very reasonable. It saved me a bunch of time and aggravation allowing me to do the simpler tank valves and flappers myself.

Chad and Rick were awesome in fixing our drain and toilet issues today. They arrived in a timely manner and worked fast and efficiently! They went above and beyond in explaining the situation. 10/10 Recommend!!

Dillon and Crew were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! They knew exactly what to do and did it timely. Kept a not so good situation from becoming a bad one. From start to finish Sanders Plumbing is very thorough and fair. Will definitely be doing business again! Thank you!
