Josh was on the time frame. He took his time to check what was going on with unit. He cleaned it very well. Changed the filter, blow the dust on the ceiling vent, and adjusted the flow of the heat. Great job. Very nice and friendly. Communication was perfect. Hope to see Josh next time for my unit service.

Our HVAC stopped working and they sent someone within the hour. Kevin was very thorough and gave us our best options and was honest about everything. He went above and beyond even checking on us if we were okay since we didn't have any heat the next day. Thank you One Hour. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Will did a great job with a standard service fee. He was super nice and communicative. Arrived on time and let me know the status of everything. I am appreciative of the help. As far as One Hour as a whole the prices seemed very high compared to other services in the area. Their service plan seemed to be the way to mitigate the higher prices. I have no specific complaints, but did not choose to have the work done by them.

Called in the AM about an issue with my cooling component and had a tech (Kevin) out the same afternoon. Extremely knowledgeable and made sure everything was working as it should. We are in the middle of selling our home and Kevin went above expectations to provide our new buyers with the comfort they needed to move forward. Always a great feeling having this team in our corner whenever we need them. We also have their bi-annual service and would recommend 100%.

Brandee was prompt and professional. She performed my fall HVAC inspection and cleaned and replaced the humidifier pad for me. She found an issue and promptly obtained the part and replaced under my current warranty. She kept me informed and explained anything I asked about. I’ve given her 5 stars mainly because she met and exceeded what I’ve come to expect throughout the several decades I’ve depended on One Hour for all of my HVAC needs. I highly recommend this company and their service employees.

Tristen was fantastic in explaining what was wrong and was able to give me quotes that were fair and transparent for both repair and replacement. The install team did an amazing job as well! Everyone was very professional. Would highly recommend!
