This is an excellent local company that I will support and will tell others about. Stephen-my sales guy was awesome through the whole process. He explained everything and differences between heat pump and ac and when they are worth it. The others did not. He helped me make an informed decision and he listened to my needs...not tell me all the upscale things I need like the others. He was great to work with all process from start through financing and install. The installer...So(?) was his name. He was also fantastic. We had an issue with the ac unit but him and Stephen explained it and had a new one to me the next morning. They were clean, cleaned up behind themselves and explained how to use correctly etc. Kept me informed the entire way. I would definitely recommend these guys and great job to them. There was a 2nd installer on day 2 but I forget his name. Everyone was fantastic start to finish! I had to replace my ac and furnace 🙁

When our HVACs needed replacement, Ideal was who we relied on. We have used Ideal initially for repair of our AC at a prior home and they were prompt, professional, and quick to diagnose and repair our issue. They have subsequently performed maintenance as well as installed a garage heater for us in our new home. When our ACs weren't doing the job we needed we decided to install new HVAC systems. Corwin and Stephen priced out our options with honest feedback based on our home plans and needs. In short order our systems were installed - the team was excellent in communicating when they would be arriving, what they were doing each day, and their timeline for the job. As things arose, as they do in older homes, issues were identified, we were given options, and they were quick to remedy the problems. They insured we always had 1 working AC unit at all times - which was important to us during the summer install. Ultimately we will continue our relationship with Ideal for ongoing maintenance and would be happy to recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.
