Aire Serv of Overland Park

Aire Serv has been a great resource for us. We use them as our annual service provider on our heating and AC, and our installer and maintainer of our HEPA filtration system. Chris has always been awesome to work with and we are very happy with the service we receive. They are communicative and honest, and charge reasonable prices for great service. I highly recommend Aire Serve.

I signed up for the annual maintenance plan. Chris came out to check everything and clean the unit out. His knowledge and advice was better than anyone I have had out before. He showed me how to take care of things and pointed out possible problems in the future and how to prevent them. He fixed and cleaned everything up. It was making a noise and I was told before there is no way to fix it…Chris had it fixed in 3 minutes. My experience with service plans before was tech in a hurry that half cleans things and says everything is fine or tries to tell me I need a huge fix. This was the opposite. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect and no up charges! I would recommend Chris and his company to everyone!

Very responsive, and professional. Chris has lot of integrity. He's worked with us for years and has always been honest, diligent, and reliable. I trust him around my wife and kids when he's working as I know he's a family man as well. Would definitely recommend!

Chris did a great job cleaning the ductwork in our 78 year old home. He worked cautiously and deliberately around our furniture and possessions. His level of service exceeded our expectations.

AireServ Overland Park came to help us out in a pinch with AC issues on a hot summer day. Got quoted by another company that we needed a whole new system or would have had to pay a few thousand in repairs at least. Turns out just needed some bigger maintenance items done. Completed work in about 2hrs for only a couple hundred dollars, now system works even better than before. Highly recommend! No fuss, no unreasonably expensive repairs, or nudges into buying a whole new system.

Took way longer than the time frame I was given for arrival. Not sure why they could not send another tech that was not as busy. I wasted vacation time from my job to be home between 3-5pm, when I could have stayed at work. If I had known that he was not going to be there until 7pm! the technician looked over worked and exhausted. I felt terrible keeping him there longer to answer my questions. Although, he was super sweet, understanding and very quick. I think this company needs to work on service logistics.
