My first time to use Eklund for annual heater maintenance check. Clint arrived at the appointment time and completed the maintenance check in a timely manner. Once service was completed he gave me a complete easily understandable update on what was checked and the status of my heater.

I had my AC & Furnace replaced downstairs and upstairs with new Lennox units. Mine where 18 years old. Eklund was the only company that did calculations on duct sizes and added more return vent and supply vents. They did not just i stall a system they addressed the issues where air flow was weak and fixed it. These guys know there stuff and I highly recommend.

Clint, my technician, came early and had everything checked out in about 30 minutes. I had a piece of equipment not working properly, which he showed me. I appreciated his explanation of the problem and getting it taken care of so quickly. I recommend Ecklund 100%.

I didnt mind rescheduling twice because things happen but After they did come out they said they'd send me a quote for what needed done by Monday and I never heard from them again. It's been well over a week. Will be finding a different company.

Everything started ok my ac broke on a weekend (may5)so they sent out the weekend guy David who was very nice and informative he said my ac had a Freon blow so I had him order a new unit. He said he would see about bringing a portable window unit but had other jobs to do and would message me before he came my way. He never message/called or showed with the portable unit. They came and installed the new ac unit a few days later (may8)I was asked for the portable unit back. I informed him that it was never dropped off to me. I paid for the new ac unit when I received the final invoice (may12). about a month later (June3)the unit starts making a loud humming noise and condensation is around the panel that’s humming with the compressor logo on it. I call and sent them a fb message with a video of the ac humming they sent someone out a day later(june4) it’s not making the noise he doesn’t open or look at the unit when I tell him the humming comes from that panel and makes the lights dim in the house he gave me his number for when it makes the noise again I message him saying it’s making the noise and circle the area in the photo where it’s coming from(june8). Hear nothing back but wait for a response. (Aug19)I send them a video of the fan spinning/stopping/ spinning the other direction with the noise and get a "I’ll have William look at it" never hear back. I’ve called and left messages with no return calls. I’ve tried contacting them 6 times over the course of the year. The labor warranty is almost out. I called them 2 weeks ago (mar5)about having an ac duct moved and figured while they were out I’d have them look at the unit but still haven’t heard back from them. They have such good reviews for their business but unfortunately I haven’t experienced any positive things about this company. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for almost a year and figured they must be busy but my unit is still not fixed I am out 5k and the company who installed it and who i paid immediately won’t return a call or message. I’ve kept every message I sent them. I registered my own warranty on the ac they installed that they didn’t even tell me about there being a warranty . I’ve done a lot of remodeling so I’ve delt with a lot of companies and contractors and never has a company been so hard to get ahold of, usually a company will want to come out and fix the problem not ignore it so to keep their great reputation. I have been home almost every single day I always have my phone on there has been no attempt to contact me or to look at my unit since that first interaction. I’m now having to use another company to replace the motor and the capacitor. 4 years of this terrible ac unit they installed. Ive currently been without ac for a week. Every year it does out. I will always update my experience with this terrible ac unit they installed and then abandoned the problems its had. Ive spent well over a grand in fees for people to work on this lemon of a unit Without the unit again! Do not buy an ac from this company! I want to make it clear no one has called to reach out about it not once over the 4 years ive been having problems and leaving reviews. The never returned any phone calls or fb messages so i gave up

The customer service from the first call to the time the technician left was great! It's never fun to spend money on home repairs, but it does make it a little better when you've had such a great experience. Our technician, Will, was awesome to work with. He let me know when he was on his way, was right on time and communicated with me about what needed to be done to get our unit in working order. Thank you for getting us taken care of!

Wanting to do business with an Owasso-based company, I reached out to Eklund earlier this year to assume maintenance of our 13-year-old heat pump. Since then, we have had to do some additional maintenance and upkeep, but Eklund has stood behind their work and been extremely responsive when we contact them. Their technicians have been hard-working and diligent and have made needed repairs in a timely fashion. The owners are very active in the operations of their business and have been very customer oriented. I am very appreciative of their service and highly recommend Eklund.
