Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. The initial contact was quick. And that was the only positive about this whole interaction. I paid half the cost up front (per their requirement) red flag one. I was told it would be done in 2 days. That was first thing Monday morning 9/22/25. I hadn’t heard from them and finally called back on Friday end of day 9/26/2025. I talked to 4 different people no one had any solid answers as to why I hadn’t been contacted or why the part had not been ordered. I finally spoke to Derick to cancel a quote they wanted to give me about a new furnace. He was rude and upset I didn’t want a quote. I informed him that if they couldn’t even handle communication about a repair I sure wasn’t going to give them anymore of my money for a furnace. He got upset and ended the call. I finally heard from a manager Monday afternoon 9/29 ensuring me she was handling it and I would hear from her daily until the repair was done. I never heard from her again. Finally Wednesday end of day 10/1/2025 they called to schedule the repair, I informed them I worked at 11 am and they said they couldn’t guarantee the time frame and I would have to have more time available. The part they were replacing is a plug in part - picture of connectors follow. Literally takes 5 minutes to replace. They wouldn’t do a first call of the day for me even though it had been almost 2 weeks on a two day service and said I would have to just wait to get the repair done until I had a day off. Which then takes it into week 3 with no repair and me without heat. I asked for an itemized bill/quote of the cost of repair which they refused to give. They said they only give overall costs and refuse to give an itemized bill. So they want almost a $1000 for two limit switches and ten minutes of work.

At our office, he worked on our Mitsubishi upper wall unit for heating and cooling, and he was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. He thoroughly cleaned the filters and inner turbine, explained everything he was doing, and took the time to teach me how to maintain the outer filters every couple of months — especially important if you have pets. As a school teacher, I really appreciate great communication and strong people skills such a huge difference from other companies that came over where there was very little. Ruben was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly professional. His customer service was excellent, and he made the entire visit a pleasure after a terrible experience with two other HVAC companies who rushed the job, overcharged, and made us uncomfortable. Ruben’s workmanship was careful and detailed, the pricing was very reasonable, and the service was so impressive that I’ve already shared my experience with friends and family. We’ve all decided to switch to Right Now Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for future service — not only for heating and cooling, but also plumbing. Ruben is truly an asset to the company. I hope the owners recognize the quality of his work, his customer relations skills, and consider him for leadership opportunities. Employees like Ruben set the standard, and he’s the kind of technician who should be training others on how to treat customers with professionalism and respect. Highly recommend.

Jerron was very polite, professional,and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and seeing in our 32 year old HVAC unit. I now know that our unit has surpassed it's expected life span and has served us well. We scheduled another visit for tomorrow to get a free quote on the latest and greatest units available in today's heat and air market. We have been adding freon to this unit every 3-4 years for the past 2 decades and the R-22 freon is no longer made and harder to find and very expensive. And energy efficiency ??? Not so good !!! I am extremely pleased with the service and how quickly Right Now fit us into their schedule.

Elijah came out and did a full inspection on our heating system. He was prompt and got right to work. He also explained every question I had and gave me some extra tips along the way. As new home owners, this gave us peace of mind right before winter. Highly recommend!
