I had a great experience with Arctic Fox. When a prior company was only devoting an hour here and there to repairing a new HVAC install, Arctic gave me a quick quote, immediately schedule services and said they would devote the entire day to my project. It did not take the entire day and they had my heating and air conditioning working. I am very thankful.

Luis and his team were amazing to work with! A separate and different company had incorrectly installed our HVAC specifically regarding the ductwork. After analyzing the problem, Luis and the team made a quick recovery within a day. Luis and his team went above and beyond during the project, given the presence of mold. We really appreciated their efforts and highly recommend them as honest and knowledgeable professionals.

Arctic Fox was so wonderful to work with when our Central Air broke this summer. I was able to get a quick appointment to assess the problem, and as we had expected, we needed to replace our AC system (which was very, VERY old). They offered us a great deal for financing with no interest; it was truly a lifesafer. A few days later, they came out and spent the day installing the new system, and it has worked better than ever before. First, they come on time, which is golden, and they come prepared to work. This team is Very professional, extremely polite and pleasant, patient, as well as very knowledgeable of their work. They came to my home on time and got busy working right away and it's very much appreciated. My husband and I are so happy and pleased of the work they did at my home. And the best part is, I didn't have to wait long for an appointment. I informed them of my issue and they called me right back, and gave me an appointment time for the very next day! And when the work is done there were no surprises - the invoice is always matching with the estimate. If an issue goes beyond the estimate they always let me know before proceeding with the job. Recently had some service work done on my HVAC system by Arctic Fox, and I couldn’t be happier. The system wasn’t running right because the last guy who installed it clearly didn’t do it properly. Luckily, Luis came out, took the time to troubleshoot everything, and got it running better than it ever has before. The pricing was fair, the work was super clean, and he was responsive the whole way through. He even explained a few things about the system that I had no idea about, which I really appreciated.
