I called Filterbuy on a Friday at 6:15pm because my AC unit seemed to be struggling to put out really cold air. It definitely seemed as though something was wrong. Even though they told me I would have a tech arrive between 12-3, Wesley was at my door just before 10:30am. Better way early than late I suppose. Wesley checked my unit and it seemed as though everything was OK, but we both agreed that the air outflow should be cooler. He installed a "Hard Start" on my capacitor and it worked like a charm! Now I have ice cold air blowing once again! Thanks to Wesley, my 10+ year old AC unit is working like new!! He didn’t try and talk me into anything I didn’t need. I feel very comfortable with Wesley addressing my issue. I highly recommend Fiterbuy HVAC solutions, and especially Wesley S. Keep up the great work!! 🙂

Filterbuy had an advertisement in century village newspaper. So I called their office regarding my AC dripping water. The customer service was extremely helpful and said they could get a tech out that day. Wow, yes please. The tech came on time. Found out that my AC was leaking Freon, but would need to do a nitrogen test, and would take 2 days. The test came back that I had a leak in the compressor. They explained my choices, and I decided to go with a complete new unit. They said they would get it installed as soon as possible. They installed my new unit the next day. The Tech David was more than amazing. He definitely knew his job, inside and out. He told me he wasn’t leaving until I had AC again. He kept true to his word, at 9.00pm, after working nine hours, he had cold air up and running. If anyone is in need of a service or installation, I would certainly recommend this company, hands down about all the other AC service companies I have had over the past five years. You cannot go wrong by going with Filterbuy.

Duct cleaning was incredible. Thorough, professional, vents scrubbed and sterilized, I was astonished how much "stuff" came out. I’ve only owned my house for a year but it’s 20 years old. Breathing easier!
