Jimmy is simply excellent! We had multiple issues with plumbing and when he came, he explained the problems we had very simply and was very reasonable with pricing. He got the job done right away, was professional and courteous in our interactions, and was very timely from the start to the end! I cannot recommend Bobby Blue Plumbing enough. It's hard to come by a company that cares about their customers and is straightforward in their communications and work! You've got a customer for life! Matthew did a great job on the repair of a broken pipe at the water heater. He also gave us some advice on what to do when the water heater gets replaced. Bobby Blue is always fast, reliable and friendly.

Garett was very helpful, professional and here when he said he would be here. Insurance company indicated that we had to have a whole house water leak detection with auto shut off installed. He kept us informed throughout the process. Very smooth from start to finish / quote to installation. Would recommend and definitely use again. Prices were competitive but other companies didn't show up or had excuses that put Bobby Blue ahead of others.

They could feel the sense of urgency in my voice and obviously I had no knowledge of anything. Tech Ronaldo showed up on time and flushed our tankless water heater in a timely manner. Thankfully no issues. Very efficient and professional. I would recommend this company to friends & family & will use them in the future…..
