SoCal Airflow Pros

In May 2023, we had our 5 ton AC replaced and all ducting upstairs replaced, we added 2 air returns, moved thermostats, installed a heat pump, added air supplies, added zoning upstairs, and installed a variable air handler. Jack designed the system, Martin got 2 stage operation working. We ended up with exactly what we wanted- at night you can't hear the AC go on and off. No rushing air, whisper quiet. The upstairs is exactly the same temperature throughout. Multiple air returns ensure the system is super quiet. And having used it over a hot summer, it is incredibly efficient. Only occupied rooms are conditioned. They finished within a week by putting many guys on the job, all of which were careful and knowledgable. The inverter outside is really quiet as well. We have had 2 prior homes zoned- these guys are a class act.

Unbelievably positive interaction with SoCal Airflow Pros. They are remarkably friendly and extremely knowledgable. Being veteran-owned means a lot to us, as our son’s a Marine and we have extended family in the armed forces as well. Our AC unit had acted up a few times over the years and they were able to come out and fix it, even though it was very old. I knew that I wanted to give them a shot at an estimate when it came time to finally replace, as I feel they’ve earned it. Sure enough, the furnace/heater went down on us during one of the late 2021 cold spells - I had had enough. Contacted SoCal Airflow Pros first thing and they were able to come out within a couple of days. After discussing all of our options with Saul, we decided on a complete revamp with a heat pump, all new ducting, etc. They were able to set an install date the following week! Very impressed and excited to move so quickly. Ulysses showed up with Rich, surveyed everything, and got started. They had to rebuild the platform in the garage where the furnace/blower and hot water heater stood. They were even able to remove the water heater, rebuild the platform, with a sheet metal top and coping… To say the outcome of Uly’s efforts were anything but a work of art, really doesn’t do it justice. (I am SO impressed). Uly even got inside and underneath, cleaned and sealed off any portion that wasn’t necessary for the operation so it was streamlined for efficiency. Rich was dealing with another issue in the backyard where the unit stood - there was cement build-up where the new platform needed to go. He didn’t skip a beat and did everything he could to remove and level the area. It was incredibly tedious work and a lot of labor. Alex and Octavias were dealing with vents and ducts while the others were in the garage and backyard. These two guys did an amazing job with the duct work in the attic. Everything is now to code, the air flow is remarkably better in every room - downstairs and upstairs. I’m sure we’ll see the full efficiency of the unit as we get into the summer months as well. I can’t thank SoCal Airflow Pros enough for the wonderful job they did. They’re experts in what they do and it will be done way above any expectations you may have. We want to personally thank Uly, Rich, Octavias, and Alex for their skilled work. You’ve made our lives better, boys!

Called, texted and emailed when the appointment was scheduled as well as contacted me to know they were in transit. Did a walk through and went through all the steps. Took photos to show me some of the insides repairs. Very courteous and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. All in all very professional...……… I am hoping this will help to lower my gas and electric bill.

Absolutely horrific experience with this company! We bought a new A/C unit and furnace this past summer. Neither system works properly. They have done NOTHING to fix the problems. We continue to call and they send technicians out and the problems are not fixed. They say they are talking to their warranty team and we never hear from them. I feel taken advantage of and would never recommend this company to anyone. You win customers by fixing the problem and they have failed tremendously at that!

Our worker Vinnie was outstanding with his work and with his explanations. He was able to show us what was urgent and what could wait. He provided clear pictures of our A/C parts - and areas of concern. He did not try to pressure us into any expenses; and he was very professional in providing options. We were extremely pleased with him (and his work).

My technician Zach is very friendly and happy to answer questions. He completed the work in a timely manner and I would recommend him to future customers of your firm. This is only a 4 star review because your company needs to hire more technicians. My first appointment was made 2 months in advance and I’m a club member, but it was rescheduled after I waited three hours ( I had to call you! ) because the others jobs took too long. I rescheduled and Zach handled everything.

Just want to say that our technician Zach Was on point with his knowledge. He recommended some upgrades while not pressuring me to buy anything ,it was just his recommendation. I decided to go with the up grades for my system. I can tell this young man is a great asset to your company's future . Always had a smile on his face while doing the work and was very respectful and courteous. Great job Zach.
