Service tech Bob was a Rockstar!!! I had a service appointment from another hvac company which will remain nameless that told me I needed a completely new furnace and a/c unit to the tune of 9500 dollars ! Baylor's tech Bob fixed my system for under 500 dollars ! Bottom line these guys have knowledge and HONESTY! I will be a customer for life!!

Went all summer without ac because everyone i called told me that it was going to cost 10,000+ to replace my whole unit. Finally called Baylor and he came to take a look. 20 minutes later I felt cold air again.

I have owned and operated restaurants in Charlotteville, Virginia for over 15 years. Bob Thatcher, owner of Baylor Heating and Cooling, took care of my restaurant and HVAC equipment for most of that time. Bob was always professional, returning calls promptly, responding quickly and when he said he would. He was always able to solve my problems, quickly and affordably, and when he fixed something it stayed fixed. We were sorry to see him leave but wish him the best of luck in his new home in Ohio. Bob serviced my restaurant HVAC for almost 20 years back in Virginia. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Bob always made us a priority and came out immediately whenever we had an emergency. It was truly a loss for us when he moved to Ohio as he was absolutely the best, but I’m so glad to see he’s continuing to do HVAC. You won’t find anyone better in the business!!

Bob is a GEM. I was a customer of his for 15 years. I own a large restaurant in Charlottesville Va. He did quarterly maintenance on all of my kitchen equipment and HVAC systems. He also did emergency repair. He can fix anything. Honest, prompt, clean and professional all come to mind when I think of Bob. I was incredibly sad that he left Charlottesville- not only professionally but also he is a great person. When he left town he set me up with one of his colleagues who is equally fantastic. Charlottesville loss is Ohio’s gain. He may cost a few extra bucks but you get what you pay for with Bob and in the long run you save money. You’d be a fool not to hire him.

I was a client for many years in Virginia. I found service to complete, honest, well done and never doubted the honesty of Mr. Thatcher. I felt my families safety and comfort was always paramount and Mr. Thatchers cost was always fair and reasonable. In all the years of using Mr. Thatcher for my hvac needs in 2 different homes I never had to worry about the quality of the work or if something was actually necessary. He would also work with me on what had to be done and what could wait due to budget issues. I can not recommend him enough.
