I am 66 years old and have been a homeowner for over 40 years. I have dealt with all types of technicians and repairmen over these past four decades. I can tell you I have never been more impressed than I was with your employee, Julian Garcia. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and a great communicator. You have with Julian an incredible ambassador for your company. I cannot express how impressed I was by him. He has helped cement me as a continuing customer. Your phone staff is also remarkable. I had a great experience with this company. From the first call, the receptionist (Analyn) was kind, patient, and very helpful in getting everything scheduled quickly — she really made the process smooth and stress-free. The technician (Brandon) who came out was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very transparent in explaining what was going on with my AC system. I appreciated how clearly he laid out both the short-term fix and the long-term considerations for my home, without any pressure. It gave me confidence that I was making the right decision in the moment and helped me understand what to expect in the future.

Julian from Year Round Air Conditioning and Heating was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through what’s working well and what to keep an eye on in the future. Jonathan was excellent. He arrived right on time, inspected the HVAC unit carefully, identified that the issue was a low coolant level, and explained everything clearly. He completed the work efficiently and left the system running great. I will hire him again and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable HVAC technician.

Trey did a fantastic job, he showed up on time and was ready to work. He informed me prior to starting how long the job should take. When finished he answered any questions I had, and he cleaned up and left. I highly recommend him great job.

Our very old AC unit started giving us issues late last week. Year Round was able to get a technician, Ramiro out to my home by Sunday afternoon. After looking around he talked to us about what he had noticed and what he would suggest moving forward. We made a second appointment for Monday with his brother, Jonathan to explain their offered packages and prices with my father. We truly appreciated them sending bilingual technicians as Spanish is my father’s primary language. After sitting down with Jonathan and even a call from his higher up, my family was able to come to an agreement. The following day (yesterday) Isaiah and Miguel arrived and got straight to work. They were able to install a whole new unit and patch up the needed ducts all within the day. They worked efficiently and cleaned up quickly afterwards. My family and I were able to sleep extra comfortably with our new AC system, thank you Year Round! The form of communication the company has established was also a huge plus. Between their dispatch team and texts I was always kept up to date on who and when they would be arriving.
