We had you guys come out today to take a look at our AC today as it isn't working and we've been melting in this heat! The gentleman that came out was incredibly nice and honest! Although he recommended that we get a new unit he understood that with my cancer treatments and my daughter's upcoming wedding that is just not financially possible right now. He did what he needed to do and fixed it so that we might get another couple years out of it. I am extremely grateful to you and your company! It's refreshing to know there are still honest people in the world. Rest assured that when it does come time to get a new air conditioner we will be using your services again! Fleming was at my house within 2 hours from my initial call. They found the issue within 10 minutes of being here and had it fixed in less than an hour. Great job and quick response

DO NOT CALL THEM! PLEASE READ! Fleming came out last July after our AC stopped working. Besides some basic troubleshooting, the technician decided to unnecessarily pump 3.34lbs of R22 refrigerant into our unit (3.34lbs X $70 = $245!). 3.34 freaking pounds! Our unit only holds 4lbs and was just working the day before. Even I know that the system can’t run on 0.6 pounds, and there was no way it just all vanished from the day before. He told me it was still restricted and that they would try to look for a new piston. After I had not heard from them for 3 or 4 days during the hottest stretch of the summer, I decided to call them and was assured that they were looking for the part. After a few more days of no updates, I called them again and was told the same thing. Very frustrated at this point, I then called my friend who works for a HVAC company in another county and he found the part in 15 minutes! I then called a third time and even gave them the part number myself. Meanwhile, Fleming was trying to sell me on a completely new unit. After another few days of no response, I had had enough and I decided to call another company who cleared the restriction, did an amazing job, and fixed my issues the next day!. They told me that Fleming overcharged my system by 2lbs and 11oz (2.69 x $70 = $188 of wasted money) and put our system at a SEVERE risk. They also told me that Fleming should have only put a little bit of refrigerant (half a pound max) to see if the pressures changed, not 3.34lbs! I thought the same exact thing and I have no experience in this industry. I called the manager of the Belvidere location and questioned them on this and he was very RUDE and treated me poorly - calling me out for questioning them when indeed I exactly right - as confirmed by my friend and the company that got the job done right. I wish I could say that in the end they made everything right, but they didn’t. I contacted them for a refund of JUST the unnecessary refrigerant that was put into my system - I didn’t even ask for the full amount OR for the EXTRA labor amount performed by the other company to clean up their mistakes. Not only did they not offer any type of refund, they DIDN’T even apologize - and that was the most disappointing part. They did offer a free service call in the future - which is laughable because after this fiasco, there’s no way I would ever call them again - and neither should you.
