My AC capacitor went out over night and I thought I was going to have to run to Corpus for the part. This place saved me the 70 mile round trip for a $30 part. Very friendly and helpful.

I noticed my A/C stopped working and made the mistake of contacting another repair company. After receiving their quote and notification that it would be 3 - 5 days before they could repair the unit, I contacted Allen Air Conditioning. The owner of the company answered promptly and, even though it was late in the day, made arrangements for a tech to come and take a look. The technicians were quick, honest, and on time. The quote I received from Allen's was less than half of the "other company" and the repair was made early the next day. We are so happy with the service we received and will not be calling anyone else in the future.

Rick installed our HVAC system 6 years ago, including a 10 year parts warranty. We recently had a problem with the outside AC unit, and after calling him a tech was available to us the next morning, even though it was a holiday. Parts were not available until following day and then the repair turned out to be more complicated than expected. The technician stayed late and finished the job so we could have air conditioning that night! This was all done at an exceptionally fair price, we greatly appreciate the excellent customer service!

Rick and his crew are professional, friendly, and great communicators. They have installed a new outside air conditioning unit for me, fixed my inside unit, and have always responded very quickly when I have an issue. It’s usually done within an hour or two depending on their other service calls. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

When Allens Air-conditioning says, " can rest assured that your family will be well taken care of in all areas of your service. " THEY DID. Started off Carlos who provided excellent advice on which A/C Units were suitable for us. He was very knowledgeable and was at our house within minutes after contacting the company. Then there was Thomas and David who were the experience installation team who did an excellent job in installing. Fantastic service all around. Followed by Victor and John who were also super friendly. The team made sure everything was clean, and left no mess at all. I have found them reliable, friendly, and efficient. It takes a good team to make a business great and i totally recommend them to anyone who is having problems with their AC no matter how big or small it will be taken care of. Allen Air Conditioning is the best company for your AC/Heating issues. Rick, the company owner, returned my phone call within a few minutes. His crew arrived within an hour and fixed my problem. Service was the best! I highly recommend Allen Air, 5 stars across the board !! Awesome

We had a problem with our heat not coming on. Rick quickly diagnosed that it wasn’t the heater, but a setting on the thermostat that had been accidentally changed by us. He fixed it and did not charge us. We had used the previously when our ac was out due to a rusted out part on the compressor. They were quick and very reasonable. I highly recommend!
