Collin is the only tech that has took the time to really do his job. In doing that he discovered a major problem. I appreciate his work ethic and taking time to do his job correctly and efficiently. We have had other techs with your company come out and nothing was ever said about this issue he has spotted. I’m glad he is on the Ruston team now. Collin is the only tech I want coming back to do our service calls from now on. He is friendly, and professional and answers all questions. I don’t know what this young man gets paid but whatever it is he deserves more. We appreciate you Collin and look forward to seeing you in the future.

Mike and his partner were respectful of my surroundings throughout the installation of my new air conditioner. They cleaned up everything after completing the process. I needed the job done within 24 hours and they delivered!!! The price was reasonable. Thanks for a job well done.

We were able to talk to Billy about a new system and Mike and Micah came and installed it very efficiently. We explained the issue and Seth found what was wrong in a short amount of time. We were really worried we would need a new unit - that was not the case!!! Seth was very knowledgeable, had a great attitude and wonderful people skills. He was dressed appropriately and did not make a mess of our home. Would love to have him back, but we would have to move to Monroe.

My service tech, Grayson, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. He examined my a/c system thoroughly before doing work on it and explained what was recommended and/or needed. I felt comfortable with his evaluation and appreciated his professional manner.
