Semco Cooling

This was my second time picking up at this place. And everything went good for me, I pickup on a Saturday and it wasn't too bad, checked in, got a door right away, was in dock door for hour and 30 minutes and got my paperwork and outta there. Has a food truck, but it wasn't open while I was there. Plenty of room to park and backup to dock doors.

I’m waiting for the six hour but still they not loaded my truck because the employee doing his own work first who’s gonna pay for the waiting hr for the truck driver? I have one more appointment to other warehouse and they charge me like $250 who’s gonna pay why they are wasting our time. I don’t understand that are bullshit

Thery are rude(especially the night guy at check out window). They are slow. They dont have restroom for truck drivers. I am waiting from 10am and now the time is 10pm still backed into the dock

Called to checkin a day early, dude on the phone did have an attitude and hung up on me(talking when he was ‍♂️ )but I seriously i didn't have an issue once I got there. 8 a.m appointment, checked in, door immediately. 3☆for the attitude lmao

I recently had a very frustrating experience at this warehouse. The staff was consistently unhelpful and, frankly, quite rude. It felt like they were doing me a favor just by acknowledging my presence. On top of that, the wait time for loading was ridiculous. I was there for hours, with no clear communication about the delay. This level of poor service and lack of respect for drivers' time is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

arrived at 2:19 pm was told they're still waiting on product. told them this was my last pickup and they said wait in truck they will call when product arrives. it 11pm I went to see if any news and they said they was told I left for another pickup (when I said this was my last stop) she was rude said well we close at 10 next time check before then take door 5! i have came here several times and never been treated like this

Waiting more than 12 hrs. Product not ready when we arrived. I checked in 7pm and they said tgat product is even arrived here yet. Not even early morning. So waiting could be more than 24 hrs.
