My house was hit by lightening on April 23, 2025. Elmers came out to assess my damage and do an estimate for repairs. They were one of three companies I called to get estimates for my insurance company. Elmers, by far, were the nicest. Randy explained everything to me as to what would need to be done, the approx length of time, etc. As I had a small fire in the garage the city would need to permit my repairs and bring everything up to code. The permit from CPS took 3 1/2 weeks to be approved but Memorial weekend took up some of that time. Going into it Randy said it could take two or three weeks once CPS received the permit request. Elmers showed up early on their first day of repairing service to be sure they would be 'on site' when CPS came to turn off the electrical to my house. FYI, The CPS men were great. Very helpful and respectful. Elmers started on the outside panel where power travels from the pole to my house. They worked non stop from 7:30 am to 4:00pm to get the new panel re-wired and the box replaced. The guys didn't take a break. They even ate their lunch while they worked!! Travis was amazing!! He deserves a raise or maybe a big Christmas bonus? Randy (also the supervisor) again came by to check on things. Could he answer any questions? Did his guys anything additional or need anything at all? I know they appreciated his stopping by. The next day they again arrived at 7:30am to get started on the garage panel. I had three electrical boxes in the garage from 1973/1974 when the house was built, but now I would have only one upgraded/updated panel and box. Travis' completion of both the outside panel and garage panel is a work of art. He did an amazing job. It is organized, so very neat and clean. And..., they labeled all the breakers for me too. My experience could not have been any better than it was. I can and have recommended Elmers Home Services. To Travis and all the men who came out to my house: I appreciate each and every one of you. It was hot and humid. Thank you for working very hard and your thoughtfulness.

We could not be more thankful for Michael and Rocca! From the very beginning of our project, and even through the middle when things can often get complicated, they have shown exceptional customer service, flexibility, and professionalism. They have gone above and beyond to work seamlessly with both the contractors and with us as the clients. Even though our project is not yet complete, we already feel so grateful for how helpful, responsive, and on top of everything they have been. It has made the entire process so much smoother and less stressful. Michael and Rocca truly stand out, and we appreciate all they have done for us and continue to do for us! We also appreciate the late night crew who took our flooding toilet call at midnight - she was amazing and kind as well

Christian and Julian did a wonderful job installing our new A/C unit today. They left everything clean and were quite professional and hardworking. They even finished earlier than the estimated completion time. We would recommend Elmers to anyone in need of AC work. Elmer: you should increase these 2 guys' salaries! They made your company look AWESOME!!

Hector was absolutely amazing in helping myself and family when we were in need! Very courteous, well mannered and extremely professional. He analyzed the problem in minutes and gave recommendations And educated myself on how to fix. Very thankful for him and everything he did for us. Elmers has a great member representing the company! I’ve always wanted to call Elmer’s because of the great billboards! I’m sooo glad that I actually did. Michael is AMAZING! So knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I am certainly proceeding with any and all recommendations he has given me, fully trustworthy! Elmers u have a jewel in ur line up!

Michael and his entire team with Elmer's did a great job ensuring we were satisfied with only what we could afford. His presentation of the equipment packages was excellent. Elmer’s Home Services has been nothing short of amazing! Our technician, Diego Vasquez, was outstanding—so kind, patient, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which made us feel confident and comfortable with our options. We first became members when our water softener was replaced in 2023, and purchasing the Pink Membership was truly the best decision we could have made. The level of care and priority service we’ve received has been worth every bit. Today especially, we are so thankful. Several team members went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t get stuck without air conditioning in this Texas heat when our heat pump gave up the ghost! Their commitment and genuine concern for their customers are such a blessing. The installation team Anthony and Raul were so amazing. Both were friendly, and extremely respectful of that fact I have 2 large dogs. Both of these men are perfect examples of what having integrity and excellence in your craftsmanship is all about!
