I highly recommend Active Air Specialists. They came to my home to replace an extremely old HVAC system. They were extremely professional, explained what they were doing during the entire project. Installation team was great and they took the time to make sure it was installed correctly. They even installed my new smart thermostat. I am an extremely happy customer. My wife called Active Air on June 30th because our 4-year old air conditioner wasn't working right. Jeremy showed up the next day, July 1st. The problem was a simple fix that only took about 20 minutes and he did it free of charge! It's been a little over a week now and every day the temperature has been over 100°F, but I'm chillin' with the house at a comfortable 75°F. Thank you so much, Active Air!

Jeremy did an excellent job! He was prompt, and got here much earlier than I was expecting. He was very knowledgeable, (Even with my dinosaur of an AC unit) and he wasn't trying to underplay or overplay the problem. He got it fixed in less than an hour and the house is already cooling off. He was able to give me a parts and labor warranty for 3 years, and a parts warranty for lifetime. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this company.
