Hrant from Grand HVAC did an excellent job repairing my AC. He was professional, quick, and gave me the best price for the repair. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

I recommend that, based on my experience, this company be avoided. I hired Grand HVAC to replace the HVAC at my home. I knew I was in trouble when the unit installed provided heat only. It turns out that the unit initially installed was the wrong unit. When I contacted the installer he told me that the unit was the correct unit. The error was discovered by the distributor when they were checking their invoices. He came back and installed the correct unit sent by the distributor but couldn’t get it to operate properly. His excuse was that the unit required additional wiring which he wanted to tape to the side of the house in order to connect to the air handler. After many attempts to come to the house to try and rectify the issue I hired another firm to come out and trouble shoot the problem. The technician had everything working perfectly within 45 minutes. The owner of Grand HVAC refused to acknowledge any of his many errors. When contacting him he was rude and argumentative. I hope that my experience was an outlier. I would not want anyone to have to go through what I did.

I recommend, the service was excellent, professional work. I contacted GRAND HVAC Inc. when the weather outside was very hot, and my air conditioner broke. Firstly, they arrived very quickly, the work was done at the highest level and most importantly, the price was very normal. Thank you very much GRAND HVAC Inc.
