I had another company come and tell me I needed $4500 worth of repairs on my air conditioner and heater. So I called Valley Comfort Heating And Air to come out and verify that I needed this work done. They found only one part that needed replacing. They charged $350 for that part and the other company was going to charge me $708 for the same part. The technician that came out was very nice and helpful. He did the work and cleaned up after himself. My mother used them when a different company told her she needed a brand new heater. She called Valley Comfort Heating And Air, and they said all she needed was a part replaced. I will only call them in the future if work needs to be done.

Before Chris left, he went over the estimate in detail with us and emailed that estimate to us within 24 hours. Paul provided the installation on 2 jobs and did the duct cleaning. Service tech arrived when expected, performed a thorough checkup of our heating system, checked the air filter and advised it was not necessary to replace it at this time and also advised us that a capacitor value was low and may need replacement in the future. Valley Comfort installed our HVAC system 12 years ago. We have been pleased with the equipment performance and their service and have recommended them to many others.
