The level of service received from scheduling to the actual system maintenance was very refreshing! Gage, our technician, was very knowledgeable and respectful of our home. He was professional as well as friendly while he evaluated our system.

They were super quick and very thorough! Updated: I wanted to like this company because the technicians were kind and courteous, but I gave them way too much grace. They ended up coming to my house 6 times and finally diagnosed it as a blown compressor, then recommended a new unit. I spent $1,500 over the course of those visits with no resolution. I ended up going with another company for a new unit, which was better quality and $4,000 less than what Route 66 quoted. To their credit, they didn’t charge me for the last visit, but I am super frustrated with my experience.

Wyatt just came to our house and was very knowledgeable! Everytime we have needed help all of the techs have been very respectful and nice. We feel like they are trustworthy. We will use Route 66 HVAC for all of our air condition and heating needs. They have been our go to for several years now.

Wyatt did a wonderful job. He was very professional and detail oriented. My AC had to have the control board replaced and after a couple of hiccups, Wyatt was able to get everything running smoothly.

Route 66 HVAC responded quickly for my house call. Gage was very thorough in his diagnosis and located the problem. HVAC issues are always scary when it comes to costs and Route 66 HVAC was very reasonably priced and let me know the costs before repair. Highly recommend them.

A few weeks ago, we decided to have our HVAC system checked since the front room of our house gets very poor airflow. We called Route 66, and they scheduled to have someone come out, do a consult, and bring back pictures and info to their team to form a plan. Their consult person, Joel, came out, gave a thorough look at everything, listened to our complaints, and told us confidently that the HVAC team would have a plan for us within about a week, which they did! Route 66 gave us a detailed plan of how they intended to modify our system and all their reasoning behind those modifications. We scheduled to have them come out the following week, but due to weather issues, we rescheduled a couple of times. Both reschedulings, Route 66 reached out to us in advance and worked with us to find new times that accommodated us. Today, Route 66 sent Jason and Gage out to do the actual upgrade. It took around 5 hours of work, up and down from the attic, but they did an excellent, careful, and thorough job expanding our current return and adding a new return to our system. After, they tested the airflow through the house to ensure our issue was resolved. Unfortunately, the upgrade didn't address our original issue (poor airflow to the front room), but hearing our concern, Jason and Gage rechecked everything in the attic and offered to take the new info back to their team at no extra charge. They also acknowledged that the upgrade today would have been a necessary step to address our original issue anyway, explaining how the upgrade would enable us at a future time to call them back out. So, despite that disappointment, we appreciated the care, thoroughness, and genuine professionalism of everyone we've interacted with at Route 66. Will absolutely return to Route 66 for future HVAC work and will recommend them! EDIT: Route 66 came out about a month later to then implement the duct upgrade necessary to remedy our original problem. The upgrade required them to access some pretty difficult spaces, but they did an extremely quality job! It took a couple of hours for this upgrade, but once again, Jason and Gage were total professionals, highly communicative, and thorough in ensuring that the problem was fixed. As the weather is starting to warm up, that room is now matching the temperature of the rest of the house. They also clean up any dust and debris left behind from their upgrades.
