Suraj explained every choice in an easy-to-understand manner and gave experienced answers to every question we had. Everyone on the team was professional, easy to communicate with, and tidy. They dealt with all the permits and inspection coordination and even fit us in earlier on the schedule than expected. Highly recommend Progressive Comfort! I really appreciated the extra effort they put in to making it as smooth a comfortable of a process as possible. They communicate really well, are some of the most friendly folks that I’ve had work on my house, and put a lot of effort into a great install. They worked with my neighbors to minimize impact and always had time to talk to me and answer questions. They are so detail oriented that they even set the clock on the unit correctly. This AC Install company is the best! I was so impressed with the level of professionalism, great communication, thorough in every aspect from start to finish. The install technicians were so professional- very respectful amongst each other, clean- always cleaned their area when they were done, got down to business and never wasted time. Suraj was top notch with how he treated his employees, with how hard he worked along side his technicians and so kind. Grace, the office person that took care of the scheduling and billing and anything else I had questions with she was always quick to respond and very thorough. I have worked with plenty of contractors and Progressive Comfort Solutions was the best of the best. Top notch service and top notch equipment.

I had Progressive Comfort Solutions installation 4 mini split heating and cooling units in our 3 story townhouse. The quote pricing was fair, and communication has always been clear and timely. The technicians and installers all seemed knowledgeable and courteous. They had the installation completed in 2 days. Would recommend!

We were in the market for a new mini-split system to replace a failing system in our townhouse. I did a lot (probably too much) research and got quotes from at least 8 companies. Progressive was by far the best at communicating during the pre-sales process. I had lots of questions which Grace and Suraj expertly addressed. We had a few complications with how our install needed to be done, but the Progressive team did the best job at convincing me they were right for the job. Grace is SUPER thorough with her responses and genuinely shines in her research and communication abilities. Fast forward to the install and they knocked it out of the park. Suraj, Dave, and Alex were extremely professional, respectful to take off shoes and clean up after each day, and genuinely seemed to be in good spirits. I also overheard at least a few safety discussions which I thought was awesome. I really got the vibe that we hired a truly professional team who would do the job right. I think they ran into a few complications with the removal of our existing system, and they worked for 13 hours in a single day! Crazy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any friend, family member, or coworker. I’m pretty sure it’s a local company too so it feels good to support them and hope to see them continue to succeed.

They completed our installation in two days and left the work site spotless. We’ve nearly completely remodeled our home built in 1925 - this was by far the best experience we had with any contractor.
