Bayside

Kevin showed up on time, was polite and courteous to me and my home. He performed a detailed check on my furnace and was honest in his approach and frank about the outcome. He also offered names of other companies who would be able to clean my air vents and provide the services I need. Couldn't ask for more.

Bayside replaced our air conditioner after the old unit failed. From start to finish, Bayside's service was above and beyond. Kevin, the owner, quoted three options, did a great job explaining each one, and answered our questions. We chose a 15.2 SEER2 Amana unit, the middle of the road option, in part because it has a lifetime unit replacement warrantee should the compressor fail. We found this warrantee to be the best out there. Once we chose the unit, Kevin rearranged their schedule to get our job done quickly. He stopped by during installation to check that we were satisfied with how it was going and to answer any questions. It's clear he values relationships, as we discussed family (his young son was even with him on the visit) among other things in addition to the actual air conditioning job. He even sent a small thank you gift after the job was complete. Eric and Alvaro did the installation and were very knowledgeable, neat, and efficient. They, too, explained what they were doing and answered our questions. When they were finished, Eric walked us through both the inside and outside portions of the job. We have since signed up for the maintenance plan, which conveniently bills a credit card each month. I can't recommend Bayside enough!

Eric came out to perform service. He is a very knowledgeable technician and was very polite. Diagnosed my problem, gave options to fix the issue, and was able to get my unit running again in a reasonable time! Eric even answered all the random questions I had while he was here.

Our AC went out after a big storm. We called several places but Bayside got back to us quickly and fit us in their schedule. Just phenomenal service all around from the scheduling with Lisa to our technician Alvaro. Alvaro was very patient and efficient. What was a very stressful moment was easily fixed by his expertise. I’m not surprised they have five stars because they deserve it. We’ll be signing up for their maintenance plan too. Cannot recommend them enough!

I had Bayside replace my entire HVAC system which is a two-zone system, so two outdoor units and two indoor units. Kevin was very helpful to educate me and select the right system for our needs and budget. Good communication and scheduling to make sure we weren't inconvenienced during the installation process. Kevin was also able to Facetime me after hours to help troubleshoot and resolve a thermostat issue. Great overall experience and would highly recommend!

The customer service was outstanding. They came out the same day to tackle an A/C issue that had been ongoing for years. The technician worked diligently to fix it and provided practical solutions to prevent future problems. However, after he left, the issue seemed to resurface. I reached out again, and within hours, a couple of technicians and even the owner arrived to ensure everything was sorted out. It's been almost a month since then, and a problem that had plagued us for over two years, despite attempts from several other companies, is finally resolved. The technicians, owner, etc ... are extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. I would definitely recommend this company for any A/C needs.

The service at Bayside is excellent! They responded to the online request for service within the hour and then came out very quickly. They helped us with our issue and then followed up. We highly recommend them!
