Miguel R. From Reddi Services was a professional who knew exactly what he was doing. I called to the service Sunday morning and Miguel was at my house hour later which was amazing and also it wasn’t any extra charge for the weekend. Miguel was super friendly and the same time didn’t spend too much time talking. He cleared the main drain and that’s what I needed. I would recommend him to anyone .

I had a significant failure at a commercial medical building that required in depth knowledge and skill. Jim was sent by Reddi services and did an incredible job finding replacement parts and working late into the night on a Friday to get us back in business. Thanks!

He got right to work & was very informative through the whole process! He made it very easy to understand. He got it fixed & explained a couple options for permanent repair. The two techs that you have sent to my house the past couple of days. The one showed up last night snaked the drain clear, but discovered some repairs that needed to be made. He called the shop, got it all lined out for another tech to come out and do the repairs this morning. Jamie showed up and did the repairs. I was very impressed with what he did. Both of those guys are very knowledgeable. And communicate very well with their customers. I will recommend your company to anybody that I think might need you because those two tech were so good.

Daniel was an outstanding technician—thorough, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He took the time to explain our plumbing issues in detail and completed a fairly large job efficiently and with care. My only concern was with the pricing transparency. When scheduling the service, I was informed there was a single flat rate for snaking the drain; however, I later learned the cost was billed hourly, with additional fees applied if the line extended beyond 100 feet. While I greatly appreciate Daniel’s expertise and professionalism, I was disappointed to encounter unexpected charges after making an effort to clarify costs in advance.
