I highly recommend this business, the customer service was consistent and exceeded my expectations! Mike White assessment was not only cost savings but also educational to say the least. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service!!

Michael came to my house to do a quote and explained everything he was checking as well as everything that I could do myself, he was honest about our vents not needing cleaning as well as took the time to give me information that was very helpful about my HVAC system and attic. Would recommend him for sure

We had an appointment already booked, when their office had a cancelation. They reached out asking if we could reschedule two weeks early. The crew arrived at 8:00 am as scheduled. Crew chief, JJ, introduced the crew members which I thought showed real class. He reviewed what the they were about to do and compared that to our quote. Liked that, no surprises we were all on the same page. Then the got to work. Covered floors and furniture with drop cloths. And, vacuumed when the job was done too. Great service. Very professional. The before and after pictures speak for themselves.

We were very impressed with the service we received today! The technicians were very kind and patient with all of the questions I had regarding our system and the maintenance. They were very punctual and finished the job in a timely fashion. Definitely will be using them again! This company is phenomenal! I wish they had more than 5 stars.

Don’t make the mistake of calling anyone else like I did. I called Clean Air after being told by another big game in town (Call them company X) that my unit was low on MO99 Freon, which Company X didn’t offer, and that my compressor was turning backwards due to dirty power. Since Clean Air offers MO99 I went with them. When Mike showed up he verified that my Freon Level was to specification and that my compressor was not the culprit. He cleaned my drain line and gave me some pointers on insulation and heat mitigation measures that I can take to help my old somewhat undersized unit do its job. Mike and Clean Air sell service, not service contracts and parts like the other guys. They came out promptly and gave an unbiased diagnosis, regardless of whether or not it meant they made a sale. Mike did it with an attitude and demeanor that made me comfortable with him being in my house doing whatever he needed to do. He did make a sale cause I bought a service agreement without thinking twice. Bottom line, other places may be good but these guys are great.

This company has great customer service and follow through. They analyzed my issues, repaired and explained the repairs afterward. They made sure I was satisfied and cleaned up before leaving. Their technicians were professional and courteous which is lacking so frequently these days. I also asked for a quote for vent cleaning but after inspecting my vents, told me they were ok and explained and showed me why. I appreciated their honesty. I will be using them for future HVAC services.

I have used Clean Air Services several times before and have been happy with the work which is why I called to have them complete a fall servicing on my heat pump. The tech arrived on time and was polite. I was disappointed that he did not don any kind of overshoe overshoe while in the house either before or after working on the compressor unit. Additionally, and personally most importantly, he did not bring the required(?) cleaning solution to clean the outside coils. I have asked about the solution on other servicing calls and the tech talks up the solution as a special aluminum safe cleaner. Most parts cleaners will corrode aluminum and cause leaks and coil failure. The two main functions for me to request the call were: to clean the coils and check coolant levels prior to putting the house up for sale. This tech only used water and said that unit was not that dirty. My expectations were not met. Follow up post: J J came out to the house and apologized for the service I received a few days earlier. He informed me the tech that was here on Friday has been talked to regarding planning for service calls and keeping his van stocked with equipment and supplies. The outside unit has been cleaned and produced a measurable amount of dirt. The speed of the response was appreciated as was the follow-up house call.
