Apex Clean Air AC & Heating Repair

My clean repair tech John Jameson was so nice and knowledgeable. I learned a ton today about my HVAC system and am very happy I tried out this Groupon. I am going to save up for the air sanitizer in the future since it is portable. I felt I asked a lot of questions. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He took plenty of pictures that I will be showing the leasing office to ensure they understand the importance of keeping their tenants safe. I felt bad he had to walk so far with his equipment in my secure access building, but he educated me on the importance of what a difference optimal clean air quality makes for people. I wish I'd done this sooner. I want to learn everything there is to know about microparticles and all the things that make people sick. What a wonderful company and business model. Thank you x ♾️

It’s my first time using this company and so far they have been great to work with. Scheduling was easy and they were very accommodating with having technician come out a few days later because of my time constraints the first day. Isaac was awesome to work with and was very knowledgeable about the job and products company offers. He was not pushy with sales but let me know my options and truly seemed to have my best interest in mind. He did a great job cleaning all of my vents and furnace! I’ll definitely be calling Apex back then needed.

John did an excellent job cleaning out our vents and was very helpful and informative when assessing our furnace. He was able to take care of everything we needed, and more, the same day. The price was cheaper than quotes we got from other HVAC companies, and the service was quick and friendly. Our air quality is already fresher than it was before.

The guys that came out did a good job in moving 4 vents for us. They cleaned everything up and took away all the old equipment. I also am happy that they included duct cleaning for free with a furnace install. We got an Amana system and our house is staying much cooler than it ever has. We are also enjoying the better air quality with the halo purifier.

We needed our ducts cleaned. Our service tech was Cameron and he did an outstanding job. He went to each location and took a photo. He showed us the photos so we could decide which vents to clean. After looking at each one, it was clear that we needed them all clean. He cleaned them and showed us the photos of the results. So much better. Cameron was very professional and I’d highly recommend him and the company.

TLDR: This is now the second time we’ve used Apex, and I’m not sure why we’d ever choose anyone else. The first time they came just to clean the vents of the apartment we rented, they did such a great job at an affordable price that when we purchased our house we dug through our email to find the invoice so we could call the same company again. Cameron came out (right on time, professional, friendly) the same day I called. He was knowledgeable, helpful with my many questions & lack of knowledge, overall made it easy for me to make an informed choice about what we wanted done. After cleaning & sanitizing the entire system he walked us through each step of the whole system, making sure to share all of what we should know as new homeowners about our home & how to properly care for it. He was fully transparent about prices for everything, and honestly I was shocked how much was done for the price we paid. On a more personal note, I just want to add that as a woman I felt completely safe with Cameron in my home. For some this may seem trivial, for me it is beyond comforting to know the people coming into my home are kind & genuine & safe. Finally, after just a few hours I noticed a significant difference in the quality of our home’s air. It literally smells different, feels different, and makes me so much more comfortable & excited to be moving into our new home. Can’t even rank /10. Thank you guys so much!!
