I can’t say enough good things about this company! From the easy online scheduling, the first phone call with the owner to the visit from the technician, Alex, every part of the experience was exceptional. They are not only professional but also honest, kind, and understanding. We were dealing with an air quality issue in our home. Alex came out, took the time to explain everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed and understood what was going on. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping, not just checking a box and moving on. It’s rare to find a company that treats you like a person and not just another job on the schedule. Outstanding! Got home from a 2+ week trip to find our AC not working with a midnight inside temperature of 81 degrees. Called AIM and in less than an hour and a half Ryan was here and within an hour had it repaired and cooling. A big thanks to Ryan, Alex and all the professionals at AIM for what you do. I wouldn’t call anyone else as they are the best!

Aim was awesome! My AC went out and they got someone out in the same hour. Our tech Alex was really nice, fixed the problem quick, and even gave me some tips to keep my system running smoothly. Definitely recommend them!
