From start to finish my experience with R&R was fantastic. Emily assisted in making my yearly service appointment. She also answered several of my questions. The communication with R&R was great. I received text and emails about upcoming appointment. Was notified with a call from the technician that he was on his way. And also received text and email with technician photo and name from the company. Alban arrived and once again my questions and concerns were answered and addressed.Alban explained what was done and offered advice. I like the fact that I will receive notifications for Spring tune up and that I can request the same technician. Thank you !!!

Karl Beaty did a great job replacing our igniter switch on our furnace. After multiple attempts at trying to fix it ourselves, he got it fixed and installed right away. We finally have heat and we are so happy. Karl was friendly and nice. Highly recommend R&R and Karl.

Karl was timely, and systematically solved the issue with hot water restored in the most direct manner. I appreciate R&R as a company. All of my experiences have been similar with knowledgeable, practical service members who address the issue in a straightforward and honest manner. They are a model for good service in a time when that can be a scarcity.

Today Josh came to service my furnace. He was awesome. Very friendly and respectful and helpful! He answered my questions about my furnace filters in simple clear language that I could understand. He also was great about keeping things clean and not tracking extra dirt into the house. I highly recommend him and R&R Heating!

Randy Haffner and his assistant did a great job on installing our new air conditioning unit. They worked quickly, quietly and neatly. They cleaned up after themselves and left the furnace room much better than they found it. At the end they did a great job explaining the new system and especially the new thermostat. We are very pleased with all R and R has done for us.

R&R did the original furnace install when we built our house 12 years ago. We recently called them to get a second opinion when a different company told us that our heat exchanger was now cracked. Braden was great! He showed up on time to perform the assessment. He was very knowledgeable and identified the problem very quickly. He answered all of our questions and even made suggestions for the future. We would love to have him back here again to install the new part. Luckily Emily had checked and told us the heat exchanger was still on warranty. Thanks Emily and Braden!
