Danny and Dave were amazing. They quoted me a fair price, and got the job done right away (replaced my inside air handler & outside unit). They were knowlegeable, and more importantly, cared about doing a good job. My old air handler was a disaster and they took the extra time to clean that area out before putting a new unit in. They also walked me through UV lightning options that would help keep my coils clean and my home's air fresh. I plan on referring them to family & friends.

My AC broke at 5pm on Friday of a 3 day weekend. Called my normal AC company, they came out and identified my compressor fan motor as faulty but did not have one in stock and would have to order one that would not arrive until Tuesday. Called several companies asking if they had the motor I needed. Every company refused to check without coming out first and charging me a service fee to do so... already did that... I called Precision, first company willing to check for fan first and they had it. They came out first thing Saturday morning and had it fixed within an hour for a price way less than everyone else was offering. Danny was professional and amazing. I have a new AC company. Thanks for coming through when 4 other companies would not!

I want to say that I really appreciated the service that the Precision guy by the name Colton Johnston gave me an my husband on a Sunday.He was very polite, an professional with his visit. He explained every step to us with the problem that we had with our garage door. We appreciate him an want everyone to call Precision Door for all your garage needs an they will make it happen for you.Call for them 24/7 and you want be disappointed!

I have been using this company exclusively for the last several years to service my air conditioner as well as my walk in cooler and display coolers in my flower shop. I can't say enough great things about Danny and his team. They are responsive, fairly priced and give quality service.

This company came to my restaurant and tried to convince me to buy a whole new cooler unit, saying mine was too old and "not fixable." They claimed it had five different issues and quoted me $12,000 for a new system. They also charged me $150 for adding Freon — but never actually put any in. The next day, another technician came and confirmed no Freon was added and the unit works fine. Very dishonest and pushy — just trying to sell new systems instead of actually helping customers. Be careful.

Great customer service with honest advice. Danny came out quickly to address our needs and didn't try to sell us unessary services. We will be using them to complete our duct work and all future AC services. It's hard to find honest AC companies that don't charge ridiculous prices. Thank you Precision Air!

Called them today after finding them in the coupon book, set up an appointment to have them come out and check my AC, it could be my mistake but in their add it says Free estimates ( the reason why I called) so my understanding was they would come out and check the AC for free. Boy was I wrong, after the technician finished looking at the unit he charges me $75 I explained to the technician that I thought it was free and showed him their add in the coupon book, he explained to me that is just for them to come out and tell me how much a job would cost. I was confused by this because when I initially made the appointment no one ever mentioned it would be $75 for them to come out. I feel this is a bit deceptive and should be known upfront how much they charge to come out. Non the less I paid the technician his $75 cash but will not be using their service.
