I called a big local HVAC company to fix my AC. After a large diagnostic fee, I was told a few things it 'might' need. I was quoted an astronomical and unaffordable price for these repairs. The tech was nice but seemed uncertain of the issues, and I wasn't confident in continuing with their company. After that, I called Bonniebrook and they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. They diagnosed the problem, cleaned, and repaired my unit confidently, quickly, and affordably. Dave communicated the specifics of the job very clearly. My experience with them was great, and I would recommend them to all.

Similar to others, the big guys didn't even return my multiple contact attempts for an A.C. maintenance. Then I found Bonniebrook. Their price to do maintenance on my two outside units was the same. Ed is the owner and Shelly his wife handles the scheduling. Ed has been in the biz for 30+ years and was awesome. He explained everything to me, didn't mind me watching (I'm always curious to learn) and went through a thorough checklist of items. Best Heating and Air company around. Our heat went out on the coldest weeks in Stockton and Dave responded to us right away to our request. The team came out within 24 hours and had the heat back on in our home. Not only is this company professional, timely and very thorough they are very trustworthy. Most companies would try to sell you additional products or overcharge. We were extremely impressed with their honesty and fair cost for repair. I highly recommend them!
