HORRIBLE Called for a diagnosis on ace unit, kept saying the issue was one thing after another and when asked him to repair it he said did not work and that it was a cable THAT WAS NOT DAMAGED prior to his visit. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY.

The worst service ever. Whatever you do, do not hire these lunatics. They caused serious damage to my home and are lacking ethics to even bother to repair it. They cut corners and do not care for their clients. This goes from top management down to the workers. They have truly upset me. Please do not waste your time and money!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. JB Air has been the most unprofessional and unreliable company I’ve ever dealt with. My home warranty assigned them back in July, and I paid the service fee for a diagnosis. The technician recommended repairs for the panel and blower motor. Since then, I’ve had to call every single week for updates—more than six times—and still never got a straight answer. The receptionist, Ariel, was rude and completely unhelpful, constantly promising call backs that never happened. Janelle, while polite, also had no real information or updates. I was repeatedly told the parts were ordered, yet no one could provide proof or a timeline. For the last two weeks, both myself and my home warranty manager were told only the owner, Ben, could give an update. Supposedly he had been "left messages" multiple times, but he never once returned a call. After weeks of being strung along with false promises, I had to switch to another company. JB Air wasted my time, my money, and caused nothing but frustration. They clearly lack basic communication, professionalism, and customer service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I rarely write these and especially not negative reviews but I continue to be without a working furnace after 2 months of trying to work with this company. If I hadn’t literally hounded them to come back and finish each phase, always saying they were waiting for a part, but never once contacted me on their own without me and my warranty company sending messages and calling them repeatedly to provide a status and complete the service. The second time they came the 2 technicians left my fan running and nearly caught my house on fire and I had to beg them to come right back and turn it off as smoke was coming out of my vents which may have further damaged my system. My furnace is still not repaired after 2 months and now has been handed off to an electrician!

Jeff was awesome. He was friendly, listened. Very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed my issue, no problem. The service charge was very reasonable. I'm very happy with everything. My wife is happy now. Happy wife... Highly recommend this company.

I had them come out to do a service and diagnostic check on my system, a second opinion. They arrived on time.Jeff was very thorough, explained everything well. and gave me a lot of information.
