A & J Installation

Called A&J Installation on Thursday July 18 and they came same day in the afternoon. Man drained my water tank that was leaking. New tank coming on Friday 7/19. Since I am living here 31+ years I had the man take pictures of all of the valves in my house. See below photos. All of the existing pipes are okay as of now. The last 3 photos are the new tank. Mitch explained to me in case of emergency which valve to turn upward (1st photo last 3). Everything considered A & J Installations is the best company to use for all your air/heating and plumbing issues. Again on April 25, 2025 I had my air conditioner serviced under my service agreement I took out in 2024. Mario came in and made sure the outdoor unit was ready for the summer of 2025. Thank you For keeping my appliances running clear and free. UPDATED AS OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2025 Just had A & J installation in my house. Mario was here this morning to service my heating unit. This was all in part of a service contract I took out last year. Mario, the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about his work. Living here now 32 years it’s important to have working appliances during All Seasons. I highly recommend A& J installation to everyone . Great response time and Mitch was an excellent service technician. He was very informative, explained exactly what he was testing, showed us the test results, and made sure we understood before moving on to the next component. Not only am I confident Mitch did a great job, I feel like I learned a little bit about my central AC unit from his visit.

Mitch came on a scorching hot day—of course, that’s exactly when my AC decided to stop working (thank you for fitting me in). Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but he also took the extra step to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. He even helped me with couple other things around the house, and their prices were more than fair. What really stood out, though, was how amazing Mitch was with my son, who asked literally a thousand curious questions. Mitch was patient, kind, and respectful the whole time. That kind of warmth and professionalism is rare (especially after Covid when the very few people actually know what they’re doing ). Highly recommend!

Steve, the owner is sincere and doesn't try to con you with a lot of technical jargon. He does a thorough assessment of your unit and gives you options to work with. Mario was the tech that came to service the unit, and he too was very courteous and respectful and took his time troubleshooting and fixing the problem. Highly recommend this business.
