She spoke clearly and professionally. Service man met with my son Nov 3 and all the info was relayed professionally! Great team! fantastic communication skills! This is literally the best company I have ever worked with! They were honest and true to their word. They also value and take care of veterans, which was very meaningful to my family. Marcus and Joseph went above and beyond to make sure we had a working air-conditioner when we were struggling. It is hard to find people that actually care about you and your family's needs. This company and their employees treat customers right, not because they have to, but because they really care! I was blown away!

Very polite young guy got right to work when he arrived. Found the problem right away (clogged water line). Called an associate to also clean my dirty system and hose out the air conditioner itself. Very happy with the timely arrival after my call. Will continue to use JackRabbit Air Conditioning. People just want timely service and reasonable rates. A lot of us here in Florida are living on social security or check to check. We don't need to spend thousands of dollars on bogus additions.

I had a regularly scheduled PM on my main HVAC system but noticed a split unit in my Florida room had gone out. The PM was done on the scheduled day and the very next day two technicians came back and installed the new split unit. Decided to replace my water heater and they installed the new one the same day. Great service with competent technicians. Thanks Jack Rabbit.

Unprofessional Service and Neglectful Maintenance – Avoid JackRabbit Air Conditioning! I deeply regret choosing this air conditioning group. (a subsidiary of Air Pros USA) for my HVAC installation and maintenance. After they installed two new AC units in 2022, I signed up for their maintenance agreement, expecting routine service and proper care. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been nothing short of a disaster. After my last scheduled maintenance, I decided to check on my system myself, only to find both air filters discarded on the attic floor—completely neglected. Worse yet, one of the filter access doors was entirely missing and nowhere to be found! This level of carelessness is unacceptable, and it immediately raised concerns, especially given my previous involvement in the Bruno Air class action lawsuit. To ensure my system was in good shape, I had another HVAC company—recommended by a trusted neighbor—inspect my units. Their findings were appalling. The coils were packed with dust and debris due to prolonged neglect, requiring the entire system to be removed and deep cleaned. This is something that should never happen under proper maintenance. JackRabbit Air Conditioning has proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and ultimately costly. If you’re considering them for service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Their negligence could lead to expensive repairs and potential system failures. Learn from my mistake—go with a company that actually cares about maintaining your investment.
