I agree on getting a new system on Aug 24, since my old system was outdated. $13k700 was the price on a new system which I accepted. Service guys was professional keeping my house clean. But somehow my window busted on the exact same day and same hour they were there .... GM and supervisor was notified... Which they claim not their fault.... On top of that a drain pipe that their guys installed started to leak from my ceiling..... It's been 2 week since they installed it.. window cost 1k8 to fix.... Thanks guys

Let me start by saying, in the past 4yrs that I have used Hansen, at my home and place of work, I have never had a problem or issue that they didn't fix, that was until today. Called them due to not getting hot water. My husband did flush the hot water heater prior to them coming out and did some research of his own, but I scheduled them just in case. The tech Grady , whom I have delt with before at my home and place of work, with good results, until today. Looked things over and with it. 10mins said we had a water leak somewhere in our slab. I asked how was that when my pipes run in my attic not my slab. He stated that they do not and they infact run in the slab. After he left, my husband not only went up into the attic but also cut a hole in the wall where the hot water line runs from the hot water heater and guess what, they do infact run up and into and through the attic, not the slab. I called Grady twice to discuss this and also asked him if the pipe my husband has pulled out of the water heater before he arrived that came out broken, had anything to do with us not getting hot water throughout the house, he stated " no, I'm telling you, the pipes run through the slab and i went back and went in the attic and didn't see any water lines" which i replied with the fact that my husband found them in the attic and cut the hole in the drywall, exposing that the lines run up not down. He still kept insisting that we were wrong and he was right as he had seen this many of times. Guess what, my husband ran to a plumbing shop ( he has installed fire sprinklers for over 20yrs may I add) replaced the pipe and something amazing happened!! Hot water throughout the house again! Grady did not ask if there were any leaks anywhere in the house, yet I told him there was and asked if that would be the reason the meter kept running to which he replied, no that's not enough, it's in your slab. I find it amazing that when I asked if the broken pipe that came out of the water heater was the problem, I was told it had nothing to do with it, yet my husband replaced that, and bam, everything works again. And it did not cost us the 2k - 5k estimate that i got from Hansen to fix something that was not the issue. It cost us 15 bucks, oh and the 60$ service call fee for nothing. I am very, very disappointed in Hansen and Grady and will question using them again, since it seems this time, they did not take anything into consideration that their customer was saying. Here is the broken pipe and hole in the wall showing the pipes run up not down at all.

Dishonest Company Attempting to Scam Customers On Friday, June 7, 2024, my AC stopped working, so I called this company, trusting their 4.8 Google review rating. They charged me $50 upfront to come and diagnose the problem. However, the technician barely inspected the indoor and outdoor units before claiming that both needed to be replaced at a staggering cost of $13,500. I was almost duped into agreeing, but thankfully, my neighbor warned me that this company has a reputation for scamming people. I immediately sent the technician away and sought a second opinion. The new technician discovered that the outdoor unit was in excellent condition and the indoor unit only required a new motor. I had the motor replaced for just $700, and my AC has been running flawlessly since. This company is a complete scam, preying on unsuspecting customers with dishonest tactics. They are not just providing bad service; they are attempting to exploit people for huge sums of money. Their license should be revoked, and both the technician and his boss should face legal consequences. It's appalling that such unethical businesses exist. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs if you want honest and reliable service. ---

Dishonest company trying to scam owners. The tech said our system was leaking freon and gave me three different quotes, each increasing in price, each time he tried to explain the problem. Then, it was a defective part that could be causing the leak. A part that I've never heard of and we manage property so I've handled more than my fair share of AC issues. Well, we got a second opinion and nothing is wrong. Run from Hansen. I wish I had.

The equipment is the equipment, nothing else you can really say about it. The installers, installed the equipment without much noise. A week after the install, the power went out and the equipment failed to turn. I called Hanson the next day, they sent a guy out. He said the battery wasn’t properly connected. My problem is the office and specifically the Electrical Manager. There were a few scheduling/paperwork issues. I explained my frustration with the delay in the install process and the failure of the system to work. The Electrical Manger was very dismissive and unhelpful. It’s almost like she knew It was in the ground and I couldn’t send it back. Given the opportunity to do it again. I would use a company with better follow up and customer service.

The service techs assisted in getting a couple of plumbing issues corrected at my in laws house. They were professional, courteous and got the tasks all completed. The job was more involved than anticipated, but they were able to come in under budget. My mother in law was very happy with the service.
