NEW HVAC INSTALLATION NIGHTMARE. Installation was set for Friday. On Friday they were a NO SHOW. They rescheduled for Saturday. I lost a day of work and then I also lost half of my weekend. They installed it on Saturday but did not bring everything required. Therefore, we only had a partially working system. DAY 3 OF THE INSTALL: they returned to complete the work & left a mess with insulator foam left all over my house (pic included). AFTER ALL THIS THE NEW SYSTEM ONLY BLEW WARM AIR A WEEK LATER! I called and was told that I now needed to go through the warranty process. The following Wed they came back and someone needed to be home so this was a 3rd missed day of work! TWO WEEKS of inconvenience, multiple phone calls dealing with reoccurring issues, lots of lost time, & patience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Management, sales. service, and installation expertise is one of the lowest I have ever seen or experienced. Save yourself from multiple headaches. Find a more experienced and knowledgeable company if you’re in need of a new HVAC system.

Very easy to set an appointment around my availability. Took the time to actively listen to what was going on. Let me know a half hour before the technician arrives. Technician was professional and experienced. Knew what commonality was with the situation and was able to provide professional feedback for future issues and worsts case scenarios. Showed us exactly what the root cause was and explained how it got that way. Would definitely recommend.

Nexgen does a great job inspecting and maintaining our furnace and ductwork gas heating system that they previously installed. The first annual inspection was free of charge. They have excellent technicians and they take photos and explain everything inspected. Mason was the technician today, and he was very knowledgeable, on time too.

The technician (Caden) went above and beyond to make sure everything was running properly and the maintenance check complete. He drove several miles to get the proper filter for our HVAC system, checked out the furnace and even vacuumed our hallway when he was done. Great work.

Technician was excellent. Great communication, knowledgeable, thorough review of my heating system. I didn’t feel pressured into buying additional services that I couldn’t afford. I will definitely contact the company at next service.

We had a leak in a ice maker line that Best Buy messed up while installing the new dishwasher. When Best buy fixed the water line that messed up they put a broken nut on the line which caused my kitchen to flood. NextGen came out today was able to isolate the issue and do the repair. I would highly recommend using them, they re highly professional and reasonably priced. Thank you so much for a job well done now its off to battle with Best Buy for the damage!

We called NexGen to service our AC because we were not getting cold air. Two service technicians came to our home, Gus and his assistant. These two techs were professional, thorough, efficient and very neat while repairing our AC. They found a leak in a pipe and replaced it. This leak caused the cooling agent to evaporate, hence no cold air...they also serviced our splits and cleaned out the condenser. All in all, we are very satisfied with the work performed. We highly recommend NexGen for any Air Conditioner service needs.
