On 11-2025 Zacchacus from Perfect Service came to clean my Hvac ducts. He was so polite from the minute he knocked on my door to the minute he left. He explained exactly what they were going to do and kept me updated throughout the process. He went over the paperwork with me to make sure I understood it and was satisfied. He is a great asset to the company and I highly recommend both him and Perfect Service Heating and Air.

Perfect Service is a company you can count on to treat you fairly and provide excellent service with fair prices. My husband always says everything comes from the top (management). Whatever management is, so goes the company and the standards for its employees. I trust Perfect Service and its management. My experience started five years ago, so I am not speaking from a single transaction. Fairness prevails, and everything will be done right. Peyton C. from Perfect Service Heating & Air did an amazing job. He was very professional. He arrived on time and performed the fall maintenance on my HVAC unit. My unit ended up needing a part to replace a part that was under warranty. Even though it was past 5pm, Peyton C. drove back to the shop and then returned to my home to finish repairing my unit. It was after 7pm when he left my home. But, he remained professional and diligently worked until the job was done. I appreciate the amazing customer service!
** Update ** I changed the review from 1 -> 2 stars. The owner reached out and did seem genuine in apologizing for the oversights. I understand they have limits to what they can do, especially on work that is a few years old now, and they did offer to refund the remaining portion of my maintenance agreement with them, which was appreciated and I did not expect. He seemed genuine enough and I hope they will look for opportunities to improve their processes and help prevent issues/frustrations like this in the future. Original: We used Perfect Service for years since we moved into our new home. We were having them come out to do maintenance and cleaning initially, so we didn’t do a ton of shopping around, but from the very first service they were upselling. We really just wanted to take care of anything that would be an issue when we first moved in, and going off their advice, we ended up replacing two of the units. Making it clear we cared more about doing it the right way so we didn’t have to worry about it moving forward. Long story short, over the next few years there was one issue after another. They always sent out techs who didn’t seem extremely knowledgeable so it was hard getting any confident answers. We started having issues with cooling in the unit they installed upstairs, and after some adjustments, they got it cooling. However, humidity started being a major issue upstairs and after numerous questions to their guys who answered unhelpfully, we decided to start getting quotes on having a whole house dehumidifier installed. Numerous companies who came out for quotes also pointed out issues with their installation, including the fact that the unit was oversized, they spliced into the existing copper lines for old unit which were undersized for the new unit, the unit was vertical when there was plenty of space to have it lying down and tie into the ducting better, and they didn’t do enough to update the ducting for the larger unit. I had already reached out to them about getting an estimate on a dehumidifier (which they never followed up on until I reached out a second time) so once they came out I asked them about it. Each of the issues I pointed out they didn’t deny outright, but made excuses that came across very cagey. The coolant lines being undersized they responded by basically saying "we warranty the the parts so we wouldn’t do it if we thought it was going to cause an issue" but every other company pointed out the fact that it hurts efficiency as well. At the end, they pushed back on the dehumidifier and said we should redo the ductwork instead. When asked why they didn’t do this the first time, when we made it clear we just wanted peace of mind and were already spending a lot of money to replace a working unit, they said it’s because they didn’t want to shock us with a bigger estimate. I interpreted that as they did it wrong to make for an easier sale, but that’s just my opinion. They provided a quote for the duct work and it was over double what we received from another company. They didn’t offer to correct any of the issues from their original installation on them. I had the other company finish their ductwork today and they did a phenomenal job. The installation looks great, professional, they were extremely punctual and honest, and I regret being a Perfect Service customer for as long as I was.
I was referred to Perfect Service Heating & Air when the company I had been using for years was being sold. My first experience with Kyle & Ty was excellent. They amazed me. I had never seen any company so thoroughly & thoughtfully clean my system!!! These guys are great, very professional & really did an awesome job! I immediately purchased the annual cleaning service.
We had a $50,000 install in 2022. The project took much longer to complete than initially estimated due to an employee showing up late daily or not showing at all. They ended up firing the employee and having to completely redo the install. After that we had pretty good service from them. This past year we chose not to renew our service contract. Today someone called letting us know it is time for maintenance and would we like to review. I politely declined because we now have whole house maintenance through another company. The caller’s tone immediately changed. He asked how I paid and then said, "ok" and hung up. It was the rudest response I’ve ever received to politely declining service. Having spent over 50k with them and been a loyal customer for three years, I would expect better treatment even if we’re choosing not to renew.
