The Neighborhood AC Tune Up $49 Special is an exceptional value. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. Received an arrival time call from my technician Brett H. that happened to be at the start of the 4 hour window promised! It was a sincere pleasure to meet a fine young man like Brett. His people skills and customer service are the finest. He is a knowledgeable expert and had all the best in modern diagnostics tools. He thoroughly inspected our equipment, gave honest, straightforward recommendations and opinions regarding his findings. Our 22 year old AC system received a clean bill of health eliminating any immediate concerns. Couldn't be happier with Bonsky Heating and Cooling, technician Brett H. and our home being a nice cool 75 degrees! UPDATE: Brett returned for a first time furnace PM Inspection in October. Unluckily but luckily he found hidden serious defects in our 22 year old furnace; the worst of which, multiple heat exchanger stress cracks. Not what you want to hear but potentially life saving timing. We decided it was now the time to purchase a complete Carrier HVAC system with 97% 2 stage Intelisense furnace, Comfort air conditioner and Ecobee Professional thermostat. We are now safe, happy and truly comfortable with automated peak efficiency none of which we ever had with the original system. I cannot recommend their services enough. Brett and Billy are outstanding technicians. From the initial diagnostic check to the completion of the repair; these gentlemen were honest, professional and efficient. Brett was thorough in his explanation of our repair needs. His attention to detail with our families safety in mind solidified that calling Bonsky was the right choice. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them!

The guys (all of them) were very nice, very knowledgeable and friendly. They got here and did not waste anytime getting to work. I don't know how they did it, they just went to work and was up and down in my attic tearing down my old furnace and putting in the new one AND my air conditioner!! I'm excited because I've never had air conditioning!! The guys were so polite. My house is warm again!!! Thank you to each of the guys. They were awesome!!

I was cold called by the office to see if I wanted to schedule an appointment for a furnace cleaning/evaluation. I was told since I was an existing customer and scheduling before the busy season the price would be reduced, 1/2 off basically. This was October 23rd. I scheduled the appointment for the morning of November 3rd between 8am and noon. I received a text confirming my appointment and I thought all was good. On November 2nd I received a text to confirm my appointment for the next day and I received another text confirming my appointment was scheduled. Fast forward to November 3rd at 1130 I call to see if the technician was going to arrive soon and the nice lady on the phone said "Ooh we were just about to call you. We don't know why you were scheduled today because we have no openings" we would be glad to reschedule you for another day or you can wait around all day today and we might be able to fit you in. So basically, I wasted half a day that I could have been working and making money to sit around and wait. I'm sorry but there should be protection for the customer in this event. Businesses have cancelation fees if we have to cancel last minute but we are just screwed when they mess up. This is very unfortunate as I know in the past Bonsky's has been a good place of business and treated their customers fairly but this time that was not the case. So my advice is don't trust them to show up on time (or at all) unless you call them the day before, the day of, and maybe even the day after.

Cory was great in diagnosing issues with my furnace. Robert did a great job in helping us decide on a furnace that fit our needs and budget. Andrew and Jack did a great job installing the furnace and thoroughly explaining how it works. We even received a thank you gift a week later. We couldn’t be happier.

Chris Greathouse and his partner did a great job installing our new furnance, and explaining how it works , and how important it is to maintain, especially with a clean monthly filter. Very polite and professional. Thanks Bonsky for sending them my way !

Dylan L. did an awesome job installing our new air conditioner and furnace! He was super friendly, showed up on time, and really knew what he was doing. He explained everything clearly and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left. I really appreciated how neat and professional he was — everything was spotless when he finished.
