The plumber arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything in detail before starting the repair. I have to say, I’m beyond impressed with Steve’s Five Star Service. From the start, Matt guided me toward a superior system. I was fine with my old system installed in 1996. It was working and I had no intention of purchasing a new one. Matt was doing a regular maintenance service. He suggested I consider a new system. It’s an expensive investment and I figured he was just trying to get a sale. But he explained the benefits of being proactive instead of waiting for it to breakdown: electric and gas bill reduction, less toll on the environment, quieter operation and overall efficiency. I decided to do it. The price was reasonable and financing was really easy to complete. On installation day, Andy, Jose, Jon, and Daniel delivered excellence every step of the way. They weren’t just thorough—they took the time to ensure a flawless installation hopefully guaranteeing long-term reliability. This team didn’t just meet expectations; they exceeded them. All were polite, conscientious and respectful — very important to me as I care for my mom with dementia in our home. From here on out, Steve’s Five Star Service is the only name I’ll be using and happily recommending to others.

I had an excellent experience with Steve’s 5 Star Cooling and Heating Service. Matthew came out to check my AC, and right away he was able to find the issue. My unit is almost 4 years old, and I’ll admit, we never did any maintenance on it, which was completely our fault. Matthew explained everything clearly, was very professional, polite, and reassuring throughout the whole process. Thanks to him, we now understand the importance of yearly maintenance, and we’ll definitely be keeping up with it going forward. I’m very happy with Sean’s work! He was quiet, organized, and worked efficiently. He was also very polite and respectful. After finishing the job, he even helped me clean up. Sean patiently answered every question I had and made sure everything was done perfectly. Highly recommended!
