Air Crafts Heating & Air Conditioning

Air Crafts did a great job installing a new attic air handler. Out of three bidders, their price was the lowest (by over $2000 in one case for the same thing). The team of installers was professional, friendly, efficient and clean. From bid to completion it was a smooth job. I also commend their honesty. I was told that my ductwork was undersized and needed to be replaced. Air Crafts looked at this and said the ducting was sized correctly and in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I have purposely waited 5 months to write this review on the Phenomenal Aire air purifier we had installed by Air Craft's Heating and Air, to give an honest feedback on how it works. We LOVE it. The dust in our house has greatly decreased requiring a light dusting monthly instead of heavy dusting weekly. I suffer from allergies and asthma and used to experience symptoms inside my home. These symptoms have been eliminated. We have also noticed that when we go on vacation, we used to come home to a stuffy, stale smell in the house from being closed up. That has been eliminated as well and now our air is always fresh and clean. Attached is a copy of our air filter. We used to change them every 3 months but this air filter cleans so much more from the air in our home, we now change them every 2 months and they are very dirty. Happy to have that dirt in the filter and not in our air. Air Craft's was professional to work with, arrived when they said they would and we're very clean. The whole experience was excellent and I highly recommend both this product and Air Craft's.

From start to finish, their customer service was professional, friendly, and quick to respond to my questions and schedule the visit. The repair technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and quickly diagnosed & fixed the issue. I would recommend Air Crafts to anyone. My home HVAC had an AC issue with leaky refrigerant due to leaky outdoor flare. The Company sent the technician to diagnose, locate the leakage point and fix. Gene from the company resolved the problem, changed the filters and tested everything thoroughly. Very happy with professionalism, communication, folllow up, and quality of work. Highly recommended!!!

We have a mini split AC unit, just a few years old, that started making some odd noises and was VERY dirty (black yuckiness that looked like mold!). We called Air Crafts to request a service call. Jim showed up on time, and was wonderful. He explained everything the AC needed, did not try at any point to "upsell" the service, and was quick and thorough in his inspection and cleaning. He finished the visit with detailed instructions as to how we should clean and care for the unit ourselves. We highly recommend this business.

The team at Air Crafts was extremely responsive. Our system went down and they responded within a few hours to diagnose and provide an estimate on a replacement system. in less than a week we we had a new system installed

This a great company they are on time and do clean work. They provide clear easy to understand solutions to issues they may encounter with the AC unit. I did a huge DIY mini spilt quad unit system and they are not as easy to install as the You Tube videos would lead you to believe and most companies I contacted refuse to touch it. Air Crafts HVAC helped sort out the issues cost effectively and I deeply appreciate their help. I highly recommend them. Added bonus they are nice and fun to work with!
