NS Air Conditioning

I have used NS AIR for 30 years for Installation, Trouble Shooting, Repair and Annual Cleaning Service. The service is personal & quality with reasonable pricing. I've had Courtney as my service technician for several years and I really depend on her thoroughness and expertise.

NS air conditioning is the only company that i allow to service my AC’s as they did the best job installing them! From beginning to end my experience with Kay (owner) & her associate Chris was nothing short of amazing! They took time to explain things clearly to me & even followed up after installation. I highly recommend NS Air condtioning - friendly, honest, thorough, affordable, and i was able to support a LOCAL business

Charlie and his team are amazing! One of our A/C units began to leak free-on into our house which could have been dangerous to our newborn. NS Air Conditioning was able to stop the leak and repair the unit very quickly. The service technicians were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to work really well with the manufacturing company for our warranty. We highly recommend them. We will be using them again.

Charlie has been AWESOME!!! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional in replacing our, "dinosaur" of a unit! He came out after hours to save the day, was very communicative and available to me for any questions, or concerns during our process (which went very smoothly & quickly). Professional, yet personable. We feel like we have found a great, and reliable person we can count on! Mahalo for your Aloha spirit, and honest, good work! Tommy and Sam are good peeps to work with. Busy and not always proactive, but conscientiousness and do get the job done. Do NOT buy a Mitsubishi unit if you are by the ocean. Mine has failed after only three years, and that was with the extra cost weather coating. NS likely has other better units to choose from.

Good luck getting ahold of them, and if you schedule something they will likely just cancel the day prior. They would not work on window units, said they needed to order a part for one of my split units then never got back to me. Would not recommend.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They didn't call to confirm our appointment ahead of time. They didn't even show up that day and we waited for hours. When we finally called them that day they said the repair guy's job went to Long and he couldn't make it to our house. They couldn't reschedule our appointment until an entire week later.
